I am so glad to be far, far, away from the Peoples Republic of NJ.
Friends and other relatives are also fleeing in droves as they begin to realize that this is one of the most corrupt and liberal states in the country.

Robert Marshal sheds tears of joy. Like he ever expected to pay the price for engineering the murder of his wife

I agree with this decision 100% -- and it needs to be expanded, too.

New Jersey is one place in the U.S. where the government doesn't have the credibility or moral authority to put people in jail -- let alone execute them.

Interesting point of fact here . . . there have been more death row inmates murdered on death row in New Jersey in the last 45 years than have actually been executed.

my “Rock in the Aleutians Solution”

Actually I think my "solution" is cheaper. At least it saves on the cost of the knife, blanket, and transportation. I would send these folks back to the 'hood singin' soprano.

>>a man had stabbed the victim viciously 56 times...and the state supreme court said that “intent” to murder had not been proven!<<

Uh, is this the same state where a law-abiding citizen driving up to Maine for hunting season with an unloaded gun in the trunk of his car and get arrested and thrown in jail?
