Why? The only way he can be removed is to be impeached, and they already tried that once.
Don't forget Slick was also disbarred.
Of course it wouldn't matter to the libs... having a disbarred lawyer on the Supreme Court bench.

No such requirement in the Constitution. Anyway, he got it back like two years ago.

One does not have to be a lawyer to serve on the popular SCOTUS, though the sheeple don’t know that.

What makes you think that if he was in the WH, he'd be going after Hillary? I'd give odds they haven't had sex in a decade (roughly since she found out about Monica). He's gotten his ashes hauled elsewhere for a long time.
More to the point, Bill doesn't give a crap who Hillary sleeps with, as long as it's a woman. Another man would be competition, but if it's a female, he knows she can't go public with it.

They are just minimum-wage callers reading from a script; they probably wouldn’t know a Repubican if he came up to them. I suspect that these coming primaries will also reveal forevermore how nutty are the Republican sheeple.

It's not necessary to have a law license to serve as a Supreme Court Justice.
However, as I recall, the plea agreement that Clinton signed with the special prosecutor forbade him from practicing before the Supreme Court (the special prosecutor didn't and couldn't disbar him, that was up to the Arkansas Bar).
If one is forbidden to practice before the Supreme Court, it would be a little awkward to rationalize appointing him to its bench.
Not that a little thing like that ever kept the Clintons from doing anything...
