I think that black shirts is an appropriate tag for the left while we wait for them to roll out their brown shirts. I am disgusted that this turned out to be a hoax. Was this person a true conservative or a fellow traveler?

Was this person a true conservative or a fellow traveler? Good question.
This hoax was made up to look like an attack on someone who espouses conservative views on sex and marriage.
His previous hoax at prep school was made up to look like a verbal attack against homosexuals:
While Nava was a student at the Groton School, the message "Die Fags!" was discovered outside his room. Administrators investigating the incident eventually found that Nava had written the slur himself.
(Another option....Maybe he is mentally "off balance.")
