If we had some ham, we could have ham and eggs, if we had some eggs.

And if administrators had brains, we'd have brainy, sensible administrators, if they had common sense.

When I was in High School(a mere 4 years ago) I was the only girl in Metal Fabrication 2, we had to design and weld something useful to pass the class. Most of guys made gun racks for their trucks. The instructor was the type to pull out his gun and show the class.

I made a two tier ballet bar out of two-inch exhaust tubing. I also was the only person to get an “A” out of the class.

Heck, I made a cannon when I was in high-school.

Did you ever test it?

My grandkids and I have wood shields and swords.
When I was a kid we played with foam weapons, which were simply a chunk of wood or steel wrapped in foam and sealed with duct tape. My uncle is quite an artist.

I gave it to my Dad for a Father's Day present; he only fired it with black powder and wadding.

He touched it off once inadvertently pointed at an aluminum stepladder about 20 feet away - the paper wadding broke a side rail of the ladder.

I'm almost afraid to ask but where does your Dad get the black gunpowder?

In a jar at the local hardware store? :)

Black powder, to the best of my knowledge, is available at pretty much any sporting-goods store. It’s widely used in muzzle-loading weapons.

It is silly to fight it. Get out of it.People should quit abusing their children’s minds and bodies and get them the hell out of the government schools.
