Wonder if the same rules apply to US citizens?
Probably not, in the Liotti court. His pro-illegal anti-American bigotry stinks.
Illegals, criminals, and terrorists are probably dying to get their cases before him
I think they always make the calculation that the great mass of civilized citizens won't storm the (judicial) battlements and attack them with pitchforks. With the governments current actions - and absolute refusal to uphold the sworn duty of their offices in some cases, like guard the borders - I would not be surprised in the not too far future, especially after some heinous act by terrorists who simply walked over the border, to see many of the political/judicial classes hunted down by average citizens and exterminated with prejudice. It's not like people can't determine for themselves who their enemies are whether they are foreign or domestic.
I am not advocating that of course, but situations do have a way of spiraling out of control once certain things have been set in motion.
Impeach the judge, deport the illegal alien.
Impeach him.
Why the < / sarcasm >?
Learned it from them though we have used the method in the past.
Pretty ridiculous but it gets folks attention and they know exactly my meaning.
I’ve said many time that I’m surprised just that hasn’t happened.
A few instances here and there but like say little Tommy Dashole. A whole lot of folks thought he was just terrible. Same for many of the pro abortion supporting supremes. With the way folks really tend to get seriously fired up I’m astonished some of these folks haven’t been accosted.
I understood what you meant. :-)
I've yet to hear of a candidate running for office campaign on impeaching some judges. I guess, they've all voluntarily locked up their balls in Hill's Testicular Lockbox.
The Florida Republican's missed a huge, huge opportunity after their 2000 election fiasco. They ought to have impeached 3 or 4 of the Florida Supreme Court, the SCOFLAWS for their idiotic and criminal attempt to steal the election for algore. That would've put a shudder thru the judiciary. The GOP Congress ought to have impeach Judge Reinhardt from the 9th Circus in California. He's the worst of the bunch that refuses to follow the law as determined by the Supreme Court and the 9th Circuit is overturned, what, 75% of the time. You impeach a few of these government, tax-paid subversives and the rest will start reconsidering whether making political decisions from the bench is such a good thing.
How about the GOP presidential candidates being asked on this? Do we have any Iowa or New Hampshire FReepers, who could ask their opinion about judicial impeachments?
Obviously removed the wrong guy.
btt
“Westbury, LI”
OK. I give up. Where’s “LI?”
Take the hudge to the town square and stone him for not following our laws.
You're not kiddin'! I think some such incidents might be in the cards. The far-left legislating judges have to learn to respect the law, NOT to make it.
Long Island (NY)
In my world, the 2-letter abbreviation is for states.
UPDATE to thread posted Dec 2007.
Sissy judge recently claimed he was getting “hate mail” and asked for beefed-up courtroom security.

The judge ignored the laws of the State of New York and should be impeached. He won’t because he will be protected by the liberal powers to be who control The Peoples STate of New York.
Never mind. No matter how many of these articles surface on the Internet, no one will do a damn thing.
Ain’t gonna happen. We’d rather whine about it on the Internet than do anything substantive to fix the situation.
Later they called El Presidente and toasted victory with tequila.
