SUPPORTERS of Sen. Hillary Clinton's presidential candidacy are privately blam ing aggressive campaigning by Bill Clin ton for her recent decline in Iowa's pre-caucus polls.
In their opinion, the former president's strong defense of his wife pushes the contest for the Democratic nomination toward what Hillary Clinton wanted to avoid: a referendum on the Clinton administration, making her a symbol of the past rather than an agent of change.
A footnote: Democrats close to Bill Clinton blame Mark Penn, Sen. Clinton's chief strategist, for her decline. They grumble that Penn, a pollster, relies too much on polls.

Oh, it’s Bill’s fault rather than the fact that she’s simply not electable.

..."a referendum on the Clinton administration, making her a symbol of the past rather than an agent of change." What else is she --- ah, politically speaking ;-)

People see Clinton as a risible sexual deviant.
I see him as a perjurer and a tyrant who manipulates his followers.
Which is why they see him only as a deviant.

In this case I think it's an Id and an Ego.
This is why two for one does not work. You can't have a multiple personality presidency.

"Nobody likes a cry baby."She has claimed "victim" status too many times (VRWC, female glass ceiling, boys' club attacks, etc.)
This is where her decline is rooted, coupled with her track record as a Bitch.

Like anyone would even know her name if it weren’t for Bubba. She’s always been a tag along as she has no natural charisma and thus had to hitch her wagon to someone else’s star.

making her a symbol of the past rather than an agent of change.
"agent of change" = Socialist doublespeak for the Socialist agenda for change.
Anyone else ever notice that the media also considers itself an "agent of change?"
