That is one of my thoughts.... yeah, mistakes do happen, BUT some things should not happen AND be dismissed lightly!
I always wondered if he really died or was killed. That question seemed irrelevant to everyone else.
Just another undocumented citizen.
Reminds me of this email detailing supposely actual court testimony:
Q: Doctor, how many autopsies have you performed on dead people?
A: All my autopsies are performed on dead people.
Q: Do you recall the time that you examined the body?
A: The autopsy started around 8:30 p.m.
Q: And Mr. Dennington was dead at the time?
A: No, he was sitting on the table wondering why I was doing an autopsy.
Q: Doctor, before you performed the autopsy, did you check for a pulse?
A: No.
Q: Did you check for blood pressure?
A: No.
Q: Did you check for breathing?
A: No.
Q: So, then it is possible that the patient was alive when you began the autopsy?
A: No.
Q: How can you be so sure, Doctor?
A: Because his brain was sitting on my desk in a jar.
Q: But could the patient have still been alive nevertheless?
A: Yes, it is possible that he could have been alive and practicing law somewhere.
Maybe one of the other people using her number died.
Well if she’s dead then she cannot be incarcerated. With a defense like that the things I could do. ;-)
“Your honor my client pleads not guilty. His alibi is iron clad. He was dead at the time of the crime.”
So, if Social Security has declared her dead will Medicare pay for the doctor visit to confirm she is alive?
Paging Dr. Kafka...
If Necro-Americans can vote, why can’t they draw Social-Security?
Pasco woman goes to doctor to show Social Security she is alive
We got a call sort of like that from the credit union at our prior duty station. One of the credit bureaus had mixed my record up with that of my father, and declared me dead. The credit union was calling to determine what she wanted done with the accounts. She was amazed when a dead person answered the phone.
Then the trials began trying to get the credit bureau to believe I was not my father...
Same thing happened to my Father-in-law. It took a nearly a year for SS to clear it up, after calling Senator and Congressman several times and he finally died before they finally reinstated him. Then it took several months for them to get the message that he actually died a year later. The illegal immigration will really screw things up.
Well she could play that up with the IRS: pay taxes? I’m not alive!!
