an eleven year veteran Philadelphia police officer has been arrested

I was in Philly once several years ago and got a cab ride to the airport from a guy who claimed to be a retired cop (white guy in his late 50's). He told me some stories that still make my blood run cold about abusing and beating suspects. "I ought to be in jail for some of the things I've done", and then laughed. God that was scary.
