David Schippers described how Emmanuel tried to blackmail Henry Hyde into changing the House impeachment charges to mere censure. Hyde refused and Emmanual unleashed Larry Flynt on him. Hyde took years to recover from the revelation of an affair early in his marriage—his wife knew and had forgiven him but his children did not know. That Emmanuel blackmailed him has been confirmed by Abner Mikva.
Please. Louisiana is the model of moral rectitude compared to Illinois.
