DES MOINES — Mike Huckabee used the volatile situation in Pakistan Friday to make an argument for building a fence on the American border with Mexico and found himself trying to explain a series of remarks about Pakistanis and their nation.

Huckabee Confused about Borders

“We have seen what happens in the Musharraf government,” Mr. Huckabee said on MSNBC. “He has told us he does not have enough control of those eastern borders near Afghanistan to be able go after the terrorists. But on the other hand, did he not want us going in, so what do we do?”

I suppose he’ll want to build a fence on our Northern Border with Mexico?

Of course not. He wants to build a fence on our eastern border with Iran.

Heaven save us from moronic liberal RINOs.

Once you get to slinging bullshit it gets real hard to keep track of it! The truth is easier to remember.

This map really shows how the problems along the Durand Line are exacerbated by ethnic links across the border and why the war moved from southern Afghanistan into northwest Pakistan. Maybe the Huck will spend some time studying it this weekend.

Condensed Title:

"Huckabee Confused"

There, fixed it.

Once again, it needs to be said, *America can NOT afford another Dope from Hope!*

Poor people of Arkansas. I vote we ban political dumping from Arkansas. The first go around was enough.

You got that right. America should have had a clue the FIRST time, when Bill Clinton actually said during the campaign of '92 that one of the things he was MOST proud of, was bringing the overall rating of Arkansas' schools up from #50 to #49 !!!

In other words, an improvement from old dried bubblegum on your shoe, to freshly chewed and sticky bubblegum on your shoe.

“We ought to have an immediate, very clear monitoring of our borders and particularly to make sure if there’s any unusual activity of Pakistanis coming into the country.”

Your boy has the intellectual capacity of Britney Spears on mushrooms.

From Afghanistan, the border with Pakistan is on the east, but I don’t think that is what was going through Gomer’s head.

He was talking the other way around from Pakistan to Afghanistan. I don’t really fault him too much on his geography. There are much more pressing issues on which he is much more wrong than this. This is just a bit of fun. Dare I say he is a bit lazy where his geography is concerned?

Since Huck is running as a populist, and populists are isolationists, then Huck does not need a foreign policy.

You mean their open borders hero has wandered from the chosen path of Liberal enlightenment and given silly conflicting statements? Is our latest slickster from Hope overwhelmed now with the conflicting positions he has taken?

I guess the NYT better do a self-serving News/Editorial/Analysis piece to give him a chance to recant and avoid the torture of the Liberal media inquisition.

CONFESS YOUR LIBERAL SIN HUCKSTER AND ALL WILL BE FORGIVEN!

I tell you, I just don’t see the excitement some folks are showing for this guy. That he is polling so well is puzzling, unless the polls are lib-rigged by the MSM to screw up the Republican campaign. I think when those who really count — the voters — are heard The Huckster will not fare well at all.
