There is no constitution in the world that more forcefully and clearly disproves every pretense Romney and his defenders have that the courts forced any of this stuff on him. The courts have repeatedly admitted they have no such powers. REPEATEDLY! Read this, and if you deny that the plain and irrefutable meaning of the MA Constitution refutes this rubbish, then you are more liberal than the New York Times, but you just haven’t realized it yet:
44 Conservative Leaders Across America Challenge Romney’s Claim He Defended Marriage and the Constitution”
www.massresistance.org/docs/marriage/romney/dec_letter/press_release_011107.html
The comprehensive and irrefutable constitutional proof there reveals not only the media suppressed legal realities behind Romney’s fraud on homosexual “marriage,” but also the stark dishonesty on every issue in which Romney and his sleazy “legal experts” have lied about the law and blamed judges for his own actions, many of which were grossly unconstitutional.
And, oh yeah, if you don’t believe it because it is on a site that Romney’s minions constantly slander as “fringe,” then you have to go and actually do your own original research and read the MA Constitution for yourself to learn the basic legal facts you have to know before you say the silly things you’re saying.
Thank you for your brave honesty. I’m serious. There’s a lot of flack and garbage (B.S.) flying around.
” The courts have repeatedly admitted they have no such powers. REPEATEDLY!”
That’s their story.
Excellent point. One of the great struggles of our time, both on the federal level and state level, is the tyranny of the judicial. Liberals love the cover the judicial provides them...just like Romney did in forcing Catholic hospitals to provide abortifacients. U.S. Army Retired |
Please provide independent reporting to show that he did not.
I posted the article that makes the charge. If you have evidence to the contrary then provide it. I already provided mine. U.S. Army Retired |
Wow, a totally unbiased article from catholic online. What solid reliability.
saracasm off/
This article, and the poster of it, are just another disgusting hit job on Romney. I hope Romney wins if for no other reason than to make all the Romney haters be miserable.
Thanks for the personal attack...the favorite tactic used by the lying, flip-flopping, gay-loving, gun-grabbing, liberal former governor of Massachusetts. U.S. Army Retired |
Hundreds of articles are posted on FR every day for discussion and comment. When Freepers disagree they provide a basis for their opposing argument. Evidently you have none. U.S. Army Retired |

Oh, I see, you put up a personal attack article about Romney, then whine that you are personally being attacked by my bringing this to the readers’ attention, and then you yourself do your own personal attack by inference that I am using the same tactics you claim about Romney by doing yet another personal attack on him. LOL! You take the cake.
I find it very interesting that any article that calls into question Romney's record is automatically a hit piece. Gotta suppress decent hey. This is a forum that espouses and supports conservatism. When a candidate for office, who is fair game for criticism, has questionable credentials then conservatives on this forum have a right to expose that. If you have a problem with the depiction of Romney then I suggest you take it up with Jim Robinson who made the following comment on another thread: To: tantiboh B/S. Some of you guys are pushing the abortionist, gay agenda advancing, gun grabbing, big government socialist nanny state lying liberal RINO BECAUSE of his religion. Conservatives are pushing back. And its perfectly within their rights. NOTHING un-American about it. If fact, claiming it is, IS un-American. If you cant stand the heat, get out! Take Romney with you. 229 posted on 12/29/2007 3:30:22 PM MST by Jim Robinson (Our God-given unalienable rights are not open to debate, negotiation or compromise

Fight your own battles.
These points will stand, well into the General Election if he were to be nominated, because it is now for the record, here on FR and elsewhere.
I cannot see myself supporting him if there is a Conseverative alternative.
What are your thoughts? Are you willing to go along with me that we cannot support Romney, as conservatives, were he to get the GOP nomination??
