I think American Research Group will publish whatever “results” they think will get published and give them publicity.

This from Dec. 26 Iowa poll:

[Dec. 26 (Bloomberg) — Senator Hillary Clinton of New York widened her lead over Democratic rivals in a poll. . . Clinton was supported by 34 percent of the people surveyed by the American Research Group, followed by John Edwards with 20 percent and Barack Obama with 19 percent.]

Drudge led with this (Hillary surging)poll—even though it didn’t mesh with other polls—that day and it’s numbers altered poll averages on sites like real clear politics.

I’m sure Huckabee is slipping but I just don’t trust this ARG outfit.

THis poll is bogus, and ARG is known for being one of the most inaccurate polling organisations around. Wake me up when Rasmussen releases its latest numbers.

There was a chart in the Seattle Times that listed all the candidates and their positions on things like the economy, taxes, healthcare and the Iraq War. It was pretty good, but my husband pointed out that the last category should have been the WOT, not the Iraq War. He said that is whst is most important to him. The chart was most interesting if you read the positions without looking at the names of the candidates. Abortion was not on the chart because there is very little that a president can do to affect Roe vs. Wade.
