If you’re sober, the rationale will be you have nothing to hide. Just submit to some doofus drawing your blood in the clink.

They can have my blood when they siphon it from my cold dead arms .....
This is insanely sickening ....
What if you are not drunk , but the cop thinks you are ?
Will you just go along with it and let them stick you with a HIV tainted needle ?

My company provides free blood work and none of the results are shared with the company.
I choose to pay for my own blood work regardless of what “they” say.

But the article says blood is only drawn if the Breathalyzer is refused and only after there is just cause for arrest.
Wouldn’t someone take the Breathalyzer to keep from being arrested?

This is only if you are arrested for it though, right? Is this really a bad thing?
You're arrested for suspicion of DWI. So, in other words, you might have been perfectly sober and a cop saw you swerve, so they arrest you, take you in, and draw your blood.

Not playing D.A. I’m mulling this one. I don’t understand why the Breathalyzer would be refused. It renders the blood being drawn as moot.
