He needs to be there. He can keep them on issues and bust up the “socializing”:’)

I never see any ads on TV that Hunter has made. Is he really interested in being president? He has little exposure.

I agree, Alan Keyes should be at the debates...as a moderator.

This site is calling for a roundtable between Hunter and Paul. I support this!

> > Group Calls on MSNBC to Host GOP Candidates Left Out of FNC Forum

> > A political blogger is calling on his readers to press MSNBC to host a roundtable discussion with two GOP presidential candidates who are being left out of a Fox News-sponsored forum. For the past several days, a blogger named Big Louie of Nolan Chart, has been criticizing FNC for not inviting Rep. Ron Paul to be a part of the forum. Now, he’s calling on his readers to email MSNBC and ask that they host a roundtable with Dr. Paul and Rep. Duncan Hunter, that would run opposite the FNC program.

The 90-minute FNC forum, announced last Thursday, will be moderated by Chris Wallace one week from tonight. Rudy Giuliani, Mike Huckabee, Sen. John McCain, Mitt Romney and Fred Thompson will all take part.

Yesterday in New Hampshire, Paul told a crowd that FNC was, “scared of me.” They “don’t want my message to get out, but it will,” Paul said.

I like the idea. The bottom of the field hasn’t moved nor will they....it’s time to whittle it down a bit. Sorry Duncan, nothing but love for ya, but 1 or 2% just ain’t cutting it.

“Anything less amounts to nothing less than a disenfranchisement of large numbers of citizens in these states, and across the country.”

If there were really these “large numbers” that you speak of, then the candidates that will be excluded, wouldn’t be.

We want a RoundTable, BUMP!

Can we arrange this outside of GOP channels? Let’s leave the elite out of this for once.

The Republican Party is STUPID to allow the networks to determine who, and who is not, an acceptable candidate.

Yep that's true. The only ones more stupid are the ones who let the media say who is electable and vote accordingly. They remind me of teenage girls with a copy of teen magazine drooling over the new media created hunk.

Baa Baa blind sheep have you any votes? Yes sir yes sir yes we do. One for a Liberal, one for the name, all but bottom three in the race are the same. BAA BAA GOP have you any sense? No sir no sir we lost it in 96 & don't know where it wents.

Here’s a snapshot from Intrade yesterday. There is evidence that Hunter is gaining ground in Iowa.

For the Iowa caucus, Thompson is at the bottom of the pack, Romney has regained the lead from Huckabee. Ron Paul and Hunter are both embedded together, so there’s no way of knowing if he’s gaining ground, but on the basis of the president.field contract moving, I’d say he’s probably at ~0.3 and Ron Paul is at ~4.8, which puts Hunter ahead of Thompson.

Caucus
REP.IOWA.HUCKABEE
Mike Huckabee to Win M 45.0 46.0 45.0 1690 +5.0
REP.IOWA.ROMNEY
Mitt Romney to Win M 40.2 54.9 50.0 1960 0
REP.IOWA.THOMPSON(F)
Fred Thompson to Win M 0.1 1.4 0.1 642 -1.4
REP.IOWA.MCCAIN
John McCain to Win M 0.6 4.4 0.2 860 -2.8
REP.IOWA.GIULIANI
Rudy Giuliani to Win M - 0.1 0.1 701 0

REP.IOWA.FIELD
Field (any other individual) to Win M 4.7 5.9 4.8 1384 +1.0

2008.PRES.FIELD
Field (any other candidate) to win 2008 US Presidential Election M 0.2 0.3 0.2 14910 +0.1

According to Intrade, the winner of the December 12th GOP debate was... Duncan Hunter.

In this poll Hunter is up 3% and even with Paul and Thompson.

THIS is an excellent idea. We don’t even need to coordinate schedules. We can use video conferencing if needed.

I, for one, am glad.

Paul was an irritating waste of time and (sorry) Hunter had a snowball’s chance in the hot place.

These debates will be more interesting narrowed down to the few who have a chance.

(of course, if they’d dropped Fred, I’d be singin’ a different tune)

It appears that the media is going to select our President for us...

With 90% of the national media based out of NYC and DC the only ones they want us to think about are the cities local hero's. I'm not watching FAUX. Seeing and hearing Hannity drooling and pandering for Wudy is quite sickening as well as disgusting.

I stopped watching them when Hannity took it upon himself to go off on Ron Paul then turned right around and softballed Wudy who twisted a legitimate response Ron Paul made. The MEGA EGO host at FAUX need to go including Sean, Alan, Bill, Jerry, Shepherd, and quite a few of the night after night talking heads. Fred and Mort for example are so predictable they finish each others sentences no real diffence between them either.
