I don’t doubt you.

This strikes me as yet another snake oil sales pitch.

According to you and another watcher on this thread, FOX DID SHOW this on their original presentation, so the whole thing is a lie on Huckabee’s part.

But he knew that a lot of conservatives are upset with Fox because it’s perfectly true that they have been less and less “fair and balanced” over the past few years.

So he takes a shot at him, and naive viewers take him at his word. He figures that by the time the truth comes out, the voting will be over and it will be “old news.”

The problem is, he keeps doing this kind of thing.

Evangelicals, admirably I think, give people the benefit of the doubt when they say they have seen the light and have been reborn and they belong to Jesus.

But if a man keeps preaching at you with that, and you discover he is a repeated liar, then you conclude that he is one of the false prophets, not a true one.

Also, it’s very true that you shouldn’t judge another person when it comes to salvation. But if he is running for president, then it is your OBLIGATION to judge whether or not he is a hypocrite and a liar. What happens to him when he goes to meet his Maker is God’s business, not ours. But if he uses preacher talk to run for office, then we have to make it our business—not whether he will be ultimately saved despite his sins, but whether he should be trusted in high public office.

As long as Huck defeats Flip Romney in Iowa, it'll all be worth it. Flip is a GOP disaster waiting to happen. Nothing would please me more than to see him tank in Iowa after spending a king's ransom to buy victory.

If Flip and Rudy both lose in NH and IA, it will blow their plans to heck. I don't like Huck and wouldn't vote for him in the primary, but I consider him superior to either of these charlatans.

"Not the same! I was upset when Rocky & Bullwinkle went off!"

LOL ... I can appreciate that. My kids cried, and they were all over twenty one.

” ... it’s too bad he DOESN’T know Christ ... . He’s fooling too many people “

Wow, so you are making claim to diety. Christains know that the Word of God says that it is - God - Who looks at the heart of man.

I guess that means that you are a Romney supporter because the Mormon doctrine is that Mormons will become God’s too, just like our Heavanly Father and His Son Jesus. I think the Mormons exclude Jesus’ alledged “spirit brother” Lucifer.

Now nmh, what really surprises me is that you are able to see Huckabee’s heart BEFORE you reach godhood. Am I missing something? Have you named your plannet yet?

****Same thing happened to me when they took Rocky and Bullwinkle off the air.****

Until recently my cable company had the Black Family Channel and they had Rocky & Bullwinkle on every day at 9AM. I loved it.

Well, it was newsworthy if for no other reason than that it shows Huckabee in his true colors. It was a defining moment.

I don't have the distaste for Huckabee you seem to exhibit.

My point was that "foreign policy experience" is not the end-all, be-all of politics, given the fact Ronald Reagan had none when he was elected President.

It wouldn't be so bad if this underhanded network at least required their regulars to DISCLOSE their ties and endorsements of specific candidates but NO, they deceive their viwers by passing ofgf their "round tables" as objective experts.

What the heck are you talking about?

Fox presents both sides. That doesn't mean objective experts, it means one person from each side.

I agree that your perception is damaged beyond repair but I don't think that's the fault of Fox News.

I’m a conservative and therefore can’t support someone as liberal as Huckabee.

Foreign policy isn’t the “end-all” of politics but it is certainly important in this post-911 era.

Are you hiding your ABOUT PAGE?

I reviewed your posts and you are a FOX and Republican hater.

No, Google MrArbitrage and you will see my posts going back to the late 1990’s starting on TMF and you will see my posts at freerepublic.com for several years as well. You will see what a “liberal” I am. Between 1996-1998 I was “4commonsense”.

Dick Morris has been informally advising him. Guess Huckabee and Clinton are strange bedfellows.

Great post. Huck is trying as many tricks at this late date that he can. Jay Leno returns to the airwaves tomorrow and Huckabee will be on the show. Ugh. He’s a tricky one. Will he play his guitar, too?

” Have you complained about CNN to your cable provider too ? Or MSNBC, or any of the alphabet news. Or PBS, in particular ?

Or are you only complaining about the one that is just the tiniest bit more conservative than the rest ? “

That’s a great question. No, I haven’t complained to my provider about the liberal networks because they are not making any pretense to being fair and balanced. They are the Marxists that they are.

My opinion is that we need a true “conservative network” to make things truly “fair & balanced”. For one thing, conservatism is synonymous with being - correct so why do we need a cable news network that includes liberals on every segment? They own the airwaves already. They have 3 cable “news” networks and 3 out of the 4 major TV networks.

By virtue of the fact that Fox thinks that adding the opinion of someone such as Alan Colmes makes them “balanced”, that to me is an admission on their part that liberalism has significant merit. Is it necessary to balance truth with lies?????

That makes them no better than the Communist news network....or CBS, trying to control our elections.

It makes them no different than any other broadcast network of any kind. You didn't know that? They don't operate out of charity, you know. Ratings and ad revenue. That's all it is. Like magazines and newspapers, the content is just stuff to put in between the paid advertisements.

While I agree with you in part, you need to keep in mind that many consider PBS to be “fair and balanced” and Fox to be very conservative, whereas no other news channel has any bias at all.

A better option would be to write to Murdock and his staff that we’d all enjoy a return to balance instead of the current RINO/liberal balance that exists there now.
