There’s a lot of “cross-over” going on with the Dem voters.
As of 11/07, blacks favored Hillary over Obama.
In Iowa, which is 95% white, white Dems favored Obama. In NH today, Obama got 3,000 white folks at a rally, twice the expected crowd. And NH is 96% white.
Liberal men are not voting for Hillary. The very vocal anti-Bush, anti-war lib men I work with were talking about voting for McCain two years ago! (Maybe they are switching to Obama now.)
Whilst I desire the crumbling of Hillery’s dreams as much as anyone, I’m not about to sit back and enjoy popcorn at
the thought of an Obama nomination. He has the “progressive”
(i.e. the young far leftist) wing energized. Obama stickers are all over King Co (far more than Hillary ones) and they vote. Fred v. Barack would be a worrisome matchup, and not
just in Seattle or El Ley.

It's not question of her gentile manners, she simply cannot buck the masses. Politics is all about power and money---until overwhelmed by public opinion. This brokering and the use of super delegates is only valid when the public is split in many directions and, amidst the confusion, back room maneuvering can go underneath the radar. Too late for that now.

Obama would be bad as President. Heck, let’s be honest and say he would be horrible. However, I do think that ultimately he would be survivable.

Hillary will be the nominee once New York, California, Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania all get their primaries behind them. She's 20 points ahead of him nationally.
