This is too funny. They will try and make Hillary more likable. As if 16 years of her fugly puss and screechy voice in the MSM wasn’t enough?

“...set out a big case about what she wants to do in the next four years...”

What case? What she wants to do in the next four years is whatever will get her elected for the following four. She has a little problem with “that vision thing.”

Another problem for Hillary is that she reminds all men of their wifes...”Take out the garbage and do it now!!”

As someone else said, all the airhead votes the wife of the impeached rapist was counting on went for Obama.

Consider the source.

Bob Shrum has headed up more losing campaigns that almost anyone in politics.

So it's a long shot, with one and only one possible road to recovery: Let Hillary be Hillary.

Shrum, senior strategist in the 2000 Al Gore and 2004 John Kerry presidential campaigns

Yes, let hillary be hillary, and let shrum be shrum.

But please, do it somewhere out of sight, guys, away from the cameras and the media.

16 years of clintons in the public eye and on every magazine cover is long enough. We certainly don't need 24.

Throw away the product packaging - those poll-tested small-bites of policy - and set out a big case about what she wants to do in the next four years, not what she has done for the past 35.

If the public really knew her plans for the next four years, she'd fall even farther behind!

Brilliant advice, Shrum.

Isn't it amazing that after 16 years and Thousands and thousands of hours of TV time, people still don't know the Real Hillary Clinton.

Methinks we know the Real Hillary Clinton very well, which is the source of her problem...

I like to tell this story because it’s so Hillary:

In the Clinton second term, friends of my wife from Utah went to the White House for a tour. Hillary came down, and the person giving the tour introduced the group to her.

“Oh,” she said, walking away, “We don’t like people from Utah.”

"Otherwise a one-term congressman named Lincoln never would have beaten Stephen Douglas, "the little giant" of American politics"

First of all, Lincoln didn't run against Douglas for the Presidency; it was an election for a Senate seat from Illinois. Secondly, Lincoln didn't win the election.

And later, Lincoln won the Presidency due to a split in the Democratic ticket in 1860.

Sorry, Bob, but it's no wonder your candidates haven't won an election yet, if you can't even get your history right!

“Why would any campaign ever explicitly announce a tour to make the candidate “likable”? Or, as happened when the beleaguered Clinton machine sputtered into New Hampshire, that they now had a plan for her to be spontaneous and actually answer audience questions?”

Right. You really do have to wonder at thinking like this. What? Is campaigning for the presidency of the U.S. like launching a new breakfast cereal... are Americans THAT stupid! Don’t answer that! Of course some are, and we know who they are, too! Frankly, if Evita was NOT Evita and just any other politician, we could REALLY get some national debate on urgent issues in this election. However, since Evita is who (and what) she is, the personality cult to which she owes so much and to which she and her ‘husband’ are so attached, has turned to bite her in the a&*. All that time she had in the limelight, before the campaign, she gave the media nothing but ‘rope-a dope ’ on all and sundry... now, when it really matters just who she is and what she is committed to, she remains a cipher. She is even more distrusted and disliked AND she has a bad corner. She is losing this fight... not in the way anyone expected, but losing just the same AND by her own twisted, tortured, underhanded scheming and arrogance! Forgiving and forgetful as American voters are, she squandered even this advantage. Look in the mirror Evita and say THANK YOU!!

The crowd was heavy to Obama supporters.

I heard a couple weeks ago on a talk radio show out of Boston that some NH dems were going to reregister tomorrow as Republican and then vote for McCain.

Their idea was to beat Romney.

This was 2 weeks ago of course. Before Obama was kicking her butt.

Now she will need every vote she can get.

Arkancide. It works. LOL

Every time it's tried.

Seriesly, the Clinton secret police organization is still strong enough to have her proclaimed as the "spontaneous" unity candidate from the convention podium, after somebody else won the voting.

The RATs would eat that up, and pretend it was perfectly normal. Stalin ran party conventions that way, too. The other 60% of the population would find it hard to swallow.

The RATs are trying to do away with their own voters, too. They'd much rather rule through their crooked lawyers and judges. Fewer nasty surprises that way.
