I am willing to venture that that surgery is offered as a service to cancer and accident victims at religious hospitals and clinics and is not a vanity approved surgery for them.

If that's the case, they certainly shouldn't have any problems winning this in court. They'd have records to back them up.

But if they've done 'vanity' enlargements before, they will probably lose the case.

Perhaps you are correct. Law and justice aren’t the same thing. There are many things that are legal that are unjust. One of which is trying to force a religiously based institution to do something that goes against the canons and dogma of the faith. I personally find it not only unjust, but offensive and hypocritical, that liberals will scream about separation of church and state when it comes to a kid praying in school, but then use the legal system to force their secularist/humanist ideas on religious institutions like church sponsored/affiliated hospitals.

Someone born with the profound belief that they are the opposite sex. In other words its something that extends far back into early child hood, the child feels like a girl though born in the body of a boy. Or Vise Versa. I have a good friend who has this. It’s a terribly painful thing, and is a daily struggle for him. He feels like a woman, identifies with women and even sounds/speaks like a woman. Always has. It has cause him a great deal of grief. What’s sad is that he really is a great person with a LOT to offer, but can’t move forward with his life. Not until the Outside matches the inside and that ladies and gents is a HARD thing to do. On more levels than just the physical.

Hey, look at me. I'm not even interested in breast augmentation and was able to find, in about 30 seconds, six willing plastic surgeons in SF to perform the operation.

That's what this is all about. Forcing those who will not affirm your mental and spiritual sickness to do so whether they want to or not.

and I wish these * things * would be reprimanded harshly for continuously harrassing the Catholic church, hospitals, and organizations.

No doubt they pick them just because they know they're likely to be refused and think they will have a case for a lawsuit.

They're not happy until they force everyone to accept their perverted lifestyle. It isn't enough anymore that whatever someone does in their bedroom is their business.

When the Catechism mentions those who are "intrinsically disordered" this is an example of what that means.

I had to laugh thinking how depressed this person would be assuming they attain a glorified body and found all their expensive surgery undone.

Back when I was a skinny little girl there were pads that could be inserted in bras to provide the needed "emotional self esteem" (a term I'm stealing fromt the liberals)...and the best part was you could take them out and didn’t have to lug them around if you didn’t want. What makes this person feel entitled to “real” boobs? He’s already a boob in my estimation.

Wow the Lord would be ashamed of you all! How does self mutilation take away one’s humanity? It is not any of our places to be the one’s to judge anyone. For as certain as you are that this guy and everyone like him will burn in hell you will burn as well for lack of mercy and forgiveness. May you see the error of your ways and repent.
