awww it was a looong time agooo, but memories and allegiance rarely fade...

The first time this happened the vandals also painted "Kill whites...." on the memorial.

There is no word of that happening this time and the press coverage has failed to mention that it was the case the first time.

This seems so much more serious and insulting than somebody purportedly finding a noose hanging on a door knob...yet no call for a hate crime or the Justice Department.
