I like Cynthia so much I have thought about sending a check to her via the Greens. She’s doing exactly what I want her to do.
After re-reading your post I had a thought: We often have a philosophic divide here on FR reference strategy. Many conservatives believe that we must strive to act in a perfectly conservative manner with purely conservative candidates and then we will win. I beg to differ. Strategy to win is all important. The conservative cause will never be served by losing elections. Sparring with RINOS needs to take place in the primary, not the general election. If we need a strategy to capture various voting blocks then I am all for it.
It’s amazing that blacks don’t remember who started the KKK; who enacted Jim Crow laws; how they can hate George Wallace yet not remember his party affiliation, democrats in Congress voted against the Civil Rights Act, etc. Meanwhile, they sit on their butts and do nothing to improve their lives because the dems tell them they’re too stupid to work and to think for themselves. The democrats’ war on minorities continues.
Cynthia McKinney, even on the Green Ticket, would get no votes except in her home district in GA and if GA is a problem for us; forget it.

I think a lot of people mistake what’s going on with Condi and our policy towards Israel. Condi and the State Dept. KNOW that there will NOT be a real peace agreement between Israel and the palis because the muslims are not SERIOUS about making peace. However, because we need to placate our muslim allies in the WOT, the USA must SAY certain things publicly and act like there will be a real peace agreement. Right now the Saudis, et al, are far more worried about being overthrown by Al Quaeda or being attacked by a nuclear Iran than they are about Israel. IMHO, the current stance towards Israel is eyewash and propaganda. The palestinians have poisoned their own culture so that any moderate who truly tries to make peace with a two state solution will be killed by his own people. Ergo peace will not come about for a very long time, if ever. I’ll cut Condi some slack.
