I found this video - and was shocked.
I also called New 5 ABC in Boston.
I was told that was their camerman right there filming this.
Couple this with the comment from the page of another person:
I called News 5 ABC in Boston, whose cameraman is there on the right and they confirmed that these are in fact paid Romney staffers - not volunteers and not plants. That they would do this in front of cameras just shows how dirty and brazen these people have become. Unreal. Call for yourself to verify….

A few years ago I caught republicans removing democrat campaign signs. Politics is ugly.
Obviously, Mitt isn't qualified to be President, he can't even cover up minor infractions of the election law.
We need real pros like the Clinton crime machine (rolling eyes)
Something doesn’t smell right here. No paid staffer would be so stupid and brazen to do this in broad daylight, IN FRONT OF A CAMERAMAN. This could be a dirty trick by someone who claims to be from Romney’s staff. How did WCVB verify this?
Shocked! Shocked I tell you. Oh, don’t tell anyone, but I removed campaign signs for the rats in my area (on public property only) so that I don’t have to stare at them.

Couple the sign event with this:
Romney was encouraging his phone bank volunteers with a little pep talk when he unintentionally summed up his entire campaign; ironically hitting upon the reason why he has failed to gain any traction with conservatives despite spending the most money of any Republican. ABC News Radio was contacted by telephone and confirmed the following quote from their report.
“Hit the phones today make all the promises you have to, and…make sure that we get the funds that we need to keep on propelling this campaign forward with power and energy.”
Would like to draw your attention to the phrase...make all the promises you have to.....

Possibly valid (I have my doubts), but it’s less dirty than things McCain’s campaign has done to Romney, like put out an ad quoting Romney that cut him off mid-sentence, completely changing the meaning of what he said. I’m sure Romney’s campaign has done similar things to McCain.
Those are probably the two I’ll have to choose between, and neither is going to win my vote on the clean-and-nice-campaign issue.

So, this could be an elaborate hoax by someone trying to take a poke at Romney, but if these images are in any way a representation of the truth - wow!

Tell me, what does Romney staffers taking down another candidates signs (which is vandalism) and replacing them with Romney signs - all in daylight and in front of a news camera - have to do with Mormonism, Mormon theology, or Mormon practices?
I thought we were told again, and again, and again that Romney and the LDS church should be separated?

Coupled with allegations that the “Thompson will bow to McCain” rumor also emanated from the Romney campaign, I would say this does not bode well for Romney. This is, to my thinking, more damaging to a campaign than simply rigging your audience participants, as Hillary has done. Mitt needs to either out these allegations as false or jump with both feet on his staffers and get this stuff done and gone. It will only get worse if no action is taken now.
Making all the promises you have to ...not levity.
Looks bad. But what if it’s been taken out of context? What if the Romney staffers had just talked with the homeowner and got him to change his mind from McCain to Romney, and then got his permission to change the signs?
Not saying that happened, but isn’t it a possibility? It just seems kind of stupid for the Romney staffers to do this in broad daylight in front of a camera without permission from the homeowner.
I expect if from Democrats - not Republicans.

When I put up George Bush signs in New Jersey in 2004 - yes, the teacher's union was out in force. I followed them in my car, and caught them red handed taking down Bush/Cheney signs and putting up Jon Carey (sic) signs.
The ran like smoke when I turned on my headlights.
I recognized most of them anyway.
For Mitt's robots to do this IS SHOCKING.
We are supposed to be the adults, and the ones with integrity in this process.
Obviously, his supporters have a problem.
