I don’t believe I ever ONCE got onto a Brownback, Tancredo nor T Thompson thread because they truly had no chance. The fact that you go out of your way to try to push down a conservative candidate on this conservative website says a lot about the state of conservatism today. When Mr. Awesome Poll Results won the governatorship of Kahleeforneeya, did conservatism win? NO. Did republicanism win? I don’t care. This is a conservative website, not a GOP website. Peddle your republicanism garbage elsewhere, like GOP.com; your behavior proves that you are not a conservative.

I guess you did not bother to watch either video. Part One is all about illegal immigration, but at 3:44 in Part Two, Hunter explains his plan to fix Medicare. By reducing paperwork and ending “ancient protocols”(something I understand all too well), Hunter proposes to streamline Medicare with modern, innovative procedures. Gee, less gov’t waste, whoda thunk it?

Whoever your candidate is, you should really take the time to listen to Duncan Hunter before you criticize his numbers. In the next breath, you’ll be saying that you are a true conservative...

Sympathy to he DH fans but I have been in Nevada all week and I have heard several DH radio ads. I agree 100% with his messages but the the delivery explains why he can’t poll above half of double digits. If it were all about the best ideas and principles America could be run by a Freeper somewhere in his pajamas, but elective politics in a republic is retail sales game. You have to sell the ideas. DH has great product but he can’t sell it.

Because he/she/it can. Like a child or a liberal or illegal alien, they will get away with whatever they’re allowed to.
Unfortunately there is no law against being a jerk. Which is a good thing I suppose because occasionally I wander into that territory. But I don’t relish in it obsessively like some people do.
