You more legal types can correct me, but isn't WITNESSING a crime and not reporting it, A CRIME ITSELF?
It's time SOMEONE in the Mainstream Media made Bill put-up-or-shut-up...
If it happened, it's a crime. Let Bill swear out an affidavit for the US Attorney, under penalty of perjury.

Interesting, considering the caller I heard on a Boston radio talk show the night of the NH primary.
The caller, a union member, bragged that Obama lost NH because of the unions. Obama did not use union stagehands, so the unions told their members to vote for Hillary.

“but isn’t WITNESSING a crime and not reporting it, A CRIME ITSELF?”
I’m not a lawyer, but I don’t believe witnessing a crime and not reporting it is a crime. It’s your civic duty perhaps, but not a crime.
Also, point to the federal statute that makes it a crime for an individual to intimidate a voter. Voting is a civil right, and violations of civil rights are usually civil violations, not criminal

Not to stick up for the Slickster, but even if true then how the heck could anyone at all submit anything to the NLRB today through Monday? They sound like one of the most likely places to be completely closed on a holiday.

Who would believe anyone in the position of Union Boss would be dumb enough to make such an illegal threat in front of Clinton!
I hope we're going to finally, after all these years, watch this evil couple implode...it would such justice if, after decades of slipping free from so many crimes, they did themselves in...

Yeah, he witnessed it alright, like he witnessed all those black churches being burnt in Arkansas when he was a kid.
