Ron Paul, Featuring Special Guests "The Jew Haters"
Radar Magazine ^ | 1/18/08 | Nick Curran

Posted on 01/19/2008 7:54:17 AM PST by Mr. Silverback

In the stuffy world of politics, the Ron Paul campaign has earned the reputation of being something like a raucous, freedom-loving party. A raucous, freedom-loving party with lots of paranoid bigots. So it would probably be more surprising if the band reportedly headlining RonPaulapalooza didn't have a few teeny-tiny problems with the Jews, who they feel are trying to destroy everybody. The band Poker Face enjoys churning out a hard-chargin' "freedom rock" that they developed under the influence of Boston, the Beatles, and Frank Zappa, as well as a firm conviction that the Holocaust did not happen and that the Jews are in fact the lead agents of a "Satanic World Order."

And according to a notice sent out by RonPaulaplooza organizers, you can get yourself a taste when Poker Face (along with some "lesser-known bands") rocks the big event, now tentatively scheduled for the Fourth of July holiday weekend in Morehead, Kentucky. As of post time, organizers had not responded to Radar's anxious inquiries about the possible co-appearance of a sassy little slice of pizza known to sling some fairly dope rhymes about the Ron Paul revolution.

Then I suppose Alex Jones has not endorsed Ron Paul as reported?

Who cares if he did or how many times he went on his show? Paul does not endorse Jones or these whackjobs' views! He believes in freedom for everyone but he would prefer if it's exercised prudently.

You posting from Pyongyang or something?

"Paul does not endorse Jones or these whackjobs' views!"

He has a strange way showing that.

You're the one that doesn't get it, not me. You want other people to subscribe to your narrow-minded notion of what freedom should be.

You guys talk about liberty and freedom on this board, but you guys don't want true liberty and freedom that Dr. Paul is advocating. You want that same status-quo gunk being pushed by the other GOP candidates, someone who'll protect you from the Hillary monster. There, there...it's OK Hillary won't scare you again....whatsamatter wid my widdle FWeeper huh?

“You have the right to say what you please. I have the right to ignore you.”

You actually do understand.

Your comment insinuated that the right to free speech and the right to be “listened to” were two separate things.

I can always tell when a Paulbearer reaches a point when they cannot defend their kook candidate or his fringe following. They revert to the “You cannot believe in liberty or freedom because you have not joined our cult” crappola. The baby talk wrap-up tells us that much about you. It was the Alex Jones facts that hurt, isn’t it?

Telling Nazis to get bent is a violation of their freedoms.

If telling anyone to get bent were a Constitutional violation, they'd have most of us six floors under the old Atlanta federal pen in some Spanish-American War dungeon, Mr. S.

“That’s not the issue. I too believe in freedom for everyone regardless of what they believe in, but if there was a group of Nazis in town endorsing me as a great human being and fantastic candidate, I wouldn’t just sit there and grin about i”

EEE sent you several links where Paul totally repudiated them.

Don’t blame me if Mr. Professional Writer can’t figure out how to play a youtube video.

I asked if you were the writer of this hitpiece. I can only guess you are since you have just been sitting there and grinning about it.

DUmbest post of the day award.

EEE didn’t even get close to saying that.

I can always tell when Paul hater reaches a point in which they can no longer defend their own words, that they have to make up strawman arguments and attack those, instead.

So, you imagine that 40% of Ronaldus Maximus's support came from "paleowhatevers???" Does someone have a patent or a trademark on whatever you are smoking?

So-called paleocons, however they may define and redefine themselves, were the uncredentialed turds at the garden party when RR was POTUS. When the paleoeccentrics finally figured out that Reagan wanted nothing to do with them, they invented themselves as "paleos" and made believe that they were the conservative movement,. They never were the c onsefvative movement and they never will be the conservative movement. If there are so many paleos, how come paleoPaulie does not break 10% in any actual caucus or primary much less with the general public? Answer: Because he is an antiAmerican, antiwar, fake, phony and fraud who claims fiscal conservatism while stuffing appropriations bills with prime Galveston pork, claims to be pro-life while assuring his libertoonian friends that he won't do a thing to protect the babies federally, claims to be pro-family while assuring his libertoonian friends that he won't lift a finger federally to prevent perversions of various sorts from imitating marriage and acquiring the attendant tax benefits.

EEE: I think Mr. Silverback was pointing out that the paleosurrenderman, Dr. Demento, had exercised his freedom of association by choosing not to reject support and money (false god of the libertoonians) from racists, bigots and anti-Semites. No one tried to take away his right to associate, must to point out that he is exercising it along with David Duke, Stormfront and some of his other supporters.

This being a new thread, its participants need to know that your previous candidate was Julie Annie, lest they take your opinions seriously.

FTD and GITP: Conservatives ARE fair-minded and objective. Therefore we recognize paleoPaulie and the "paleowhatevers" as the treasonaous weasels that they are, particularly in time of war, since the paleoscum act as a fifth column. Conservatives are objective enough to label spokesthings for Al Qaeda as the Paul Qaeda, the Paulistinians or the paleopeacecreeps. Anyone alienated by these truths was neither wanted nor needed in the conservative movement.

Move along!

Guys like the paleoPokerface Caucus of paleoPaulie supporters killed my Uncle Bill when the nazi navy sunk the destroyer USS Buck off the coast of Salerno in WWII.

Yep, you're exactly what I mean. Tyrannical neo-conservatives who can't read the US Constitution nor understand how to break things down on what should be enforced at the federal level vs state vs local.

Actually paleoPaulie’s antiwar antiAmericanism will prove irresistible to the rabiud left and, as a turd party candidate, paleoPaulie will draw far more votes from Her Satanic Thighness or from Osama bin Obama than from the GOP nominee. Face the facts. If you guys would even CONSIDER voting for the paleotreason man, you were not going to vote for any actual conservative or actual Republican candidate. You can abandon the masquerade now.
