They’re not up to Roman standards, who built a huge port out of nothing in Palestine at Caesaria.

May I suggest the use of pig skins.

Beat me to it.
All the foreign aid money we spend, and we cannot get Palestinians buried because of lack of shrouds?
If they supply the bodies, we should supply the shrouds.

You know, all they have to do is one simple thing, stop lobbing missiles into Israel proper. But they don’t. They lob those missiles into Israel every single day. And they expect no reaction? What idiots.
To: Alouette
However, on a positive note, the Palestinian reported that Israel's defense establishment approved the transfer of 48 gravely ill Palestinians to hospitals in the West Bank and in Israel. The billions of aid to the Palestinians--invariably squirreled away in Swiss bank accounts or spent on weapons--would pay for any number of world-class hospitals in Gaza.
The chaos in Gaza is an outcome the Palestinians deliberately strive for, so they can permanently blame the Israelis.

If the stupid Palis would build ONE SINGLE SEAPORT...

It sounds like the folks in Gaza finally got things the way they’ve wanted. Maybe after a while they’ll tire of Islam at it’s purest!

Is Gaza truly under siege? I believe the IDF could roll through Gaza in two or three days killing every man, woman, and child there if ordered to do so. They would, however, face world condemnation and a political revolution from within. The Israelis are, unlike their foe, civilized.

If the stupid Palis would build ONE SINGLE SEAPORT on their coast they might better off and not have to be leeches on the good graces of Israel and Egypt and the UN.
For those of you with Google Earth, I encourage you to take 10 minutes to scan the coast Gaza and then that of Israel up to Haifa. In Gaza you will see ONE port and it appears to be for pleasure boats. Thats it. Nothing else.
Beginning at the Gaza/Israel border and moving north, you begin to see pleasure harbors, seaside resorts, and industrial shipping ports by the score. Haifa is nothing BUT a seaport.
So once more we see the pathetic mental illness of Pali society.
Gaza isn't allowed a seaport. There was a port in Gaza but it was destroyed relatively early in the Intifada. Israel is maintaining a naval blockade as well.
I certainly don't hold anything against Israel for doing this, but blame the Palis for what they *do* rather than what they don't do.

I searched the article for any (even a sentence or two) WHY the people in the Gaza strip are experiencing what they're experiencing.
Nothing, nada about the terrorist bombing the Israelites across the border are experiencing and suffering.
This is apparently a Jewish website, so I couldn't figure out the one-sidedness. However, down at the bottom it says "News agencies contributed to this report".
Reuters? AP?
Well, that would explain the blatant bias.
Still.......

Send 'em all the shrouds they want--as long as they supply the bodies to fill them! They'll find a way to fashion them into weapons. Doesn't Gaza have a long border with Egypt? Why isn't this Egypt's problem?
To: Lonesome in Massachussets
Seems the Pali's have no problem smuggling weapons into Gaza maybe they ought to try doing it with other stuff like shrouds or medicine or maybe even food. I wonder if that even occurred to them. Probably not, after all that line of thinking leads to life and we all know that for Islamofascists the only thing they think about is death. Death to anybody that isn't an Islamofascist.

Meanwhile, Palestinians also faced difficulties in conducting burial ceremonies as a result of a cement shortage....What? They make’em sleep with da fishes?
