“This is just delusional. Fred stayed in ‘just to take votes away from Huckabee’??? How incredibly selfish and deranged. As if Fred raised millions of dollars just so he could hang around long enough to screw over the Hick from Hope. Sounds like Mike has developed an ego of McCain proportions.”

Right! And have you noticed that the MSM kept asking Fred if he was going to “go after” McCain like he has Huckabee? How come the MSM never ask McCain and Huckabee if they are going to “go after” each other? I know why. Because the MSM want a McCain/Huckabee ticket so the Dems will win, and it will be a race between Liberals vs Liberals! I am with Fred all the way. Looking forward to Thursday night now! And tomorrow we have Rush and Mark back on radio! GO FRED!

Huck boy, whining is not what the voters want to see. Keep it up, maybe you’ll talk yourself out of the race-—I hope.

Thompson? Why not blame Huckabee himself? Or McCain? This guy is maddening. I blame Huckabee for Thompson getting third place instead of second.

He should do the right thing...
(To coin a phrase....)

...Huckabee should withdraw and unconditionally endorse Fred....

Just my humble concurrence...

Rudy McRomnabee is Dole, imho.

I guarantee you that if any of the 4 is the nominee that I’ll not talk about them, think about them, argue about them, or do anything at all that would demonstrate interest. That would be because they don’t interest me at all.

I’ll probably check the news post-election Wednesday morning to see how badly Rudy McRomnabee lost.

As an evangelical Christian, I’m beginning to put the huckster as second only to jimmuh cartbilly as my least favorite evangelical.

I know a lot Fred voters here in Virginia, and not a single one of them would support Huckabee if Fred dropped out. The attraction of Fred is so different than the Huckster’s that there is simply no way any large number of Fred voters get a lobotomy and switch their support to Huckabee.

It’s his fault mommy,,all five of our kids used that at least once..

If states started to secede from this union , for whatever reason, and Mr. Thompson was the first president of the newly formed union , how many folks would join..?,,Just a thought..

I don’t recall that Thompson used dirty tricks against Huckabee, but Huckabee certainly pulled out all the stops against Thompson, including all those push polls and flyers claiming that Thompson was pro-abortion.

The two of them appeal to the same audience, but Thompson tells the truth and Huckabee is a serial liar.

As Bob Kerrey said about Huckabee’s clone from Hope, Bill Clinton, he is “an unusually good liar.” Or, to put it another way, he is a snake oil salesman.

The sooner he gets out of the race, the better. But he won’t, because he has a very big ego.

and repeated a claim by his campaign chairman that Fred Thompson was his biggest barrier to defeating John McCain in the Palmetto State

COMMENT:

I hate like hell to tell you this Senor Huckster but most of the people who voted for Fred Thompson do not and did not have you or John McCaniac as their second choice in any election.

I wonder if you would drop out Senor Huckster maybe a better more electable candidate like Fred probably would have picked up 95% of your vote total making him a first place winner.

Senor Huckster you can not win in November as our candidate because you are way to liberal and would not stand up to the anti-American unethical perversion known as the Muck Diving Democrat Cesspool.

Check the last paragraph:

“Thompson, the former Tennessee senator and ‘Law & Order’ star, returned home Saturday from South Carolina to consult with his mom about his plans. Many analysts said his speech Saturday night sounded like a prelude to a withdrawal.”

Fox is the dirtiest of lowlife scum. Fred’s mom is sick, that’s why he has a decision to make. He’s not going home to whine and cry to his mommy.

It wasn’t Fred it was Bill, and Tom, and Will, and Silas, and Janet, and the other 14,312 morons who voted for that @%#!ing Thompson instead of the savior of the evangelical movement.

I say that in Florida he needs to tell his supporters to drive the heretic Thompson voters from the pews of their churches. Letting the air out of the tires obviously wasn’t good enough to win South Carolina.
