Dana is a good man and a strong conservative. He has been in congress for a good while and probably knows the candidates pretty good. I bet like Delay he has a lot of disdain for McQueeg.

Since the pool is shrinking I suppose people have to pick the best remaining.

"I'm confident in Governor Romney's character and commitment to the principals at the heart of the Republican party. I cannot say that about the other candidates vying for the Republican nomination. Mitt Romney is the best candidate available for our party's nomination, and I'm going to vote for and support him. I encourage my fellow conservatives to do the same." Congressman...do you know that at Free Republic, this makes you a RINO?

I suggest us conservatives need to get it together because no way in hell i’m voting for McCain and I think a lot of people here agree.

Good, it’s time to unite around Romney and start focusing on Hillary.

I don't care if the freaking Pope endorses that slick SOB, I will not vote for him.
The GOP can rot.

Chunga, good point. I think Mitt picks up some steam, and even though cameron said a few minutes ago that “fred didn’t have enough votes in florida to make any difference”, I think it will.
I picked Romney in 2006 for his position on amnesty, while Huck was still setting up the mexican consulate and trying to get free college for illegals.

Funny, but Romney won the CPAC staw poll at last year’s conference.

Do they allow you to say that at DU?

I guess you’d rather a Democrat in the White House?
