Former Central Texas Prison Guard Charged In Death Of Newborn

A former prison guard accused of giving birth in a motel bathtub and stuffing the full-term baby in the back tank of the toilet was in the Falls County Jail Tuesday, charged with capital murder.

Sheriff’s deputies arrested 25-year-old Khaliliha Baucom of Lott earlier Tuesday.

Bond was set at $200,000.

She was named in a sealed indictment returned in December by the Falls County Grand Jury.

Baucom was arrested in November on a warrant charging abuse of a corpse, which is a misdemeanor, but authorities said then a capital murder charge could still be filed.

She was free on $2,500 bond on the earlier charge when she was arrested Tuesday.

Police in Marlin say Baucom gave birth by herself in a Marlin motel bathtub in April.

Then she was taken by ambulance to a hospital after she complained of bleeding and stomach pain.

She was airlifted to a Waco hospital for an emergency C-section.

When doctors discovered she had already given birth, they called the police.

Marlin officers found the baby's body in the toilet tank along with the placenta and bloody towels used to clean up the bathtub.

Child Protective Services initially took custody of her three children, but they have since been living with their fathers.

Is she using the late-term abortion defense?

Multiple children. Multiple fathers. This doesn't raise an eyebrow anymore apparently.

Plural

How sad is that. Her “Baby Daddies” actually step up to the plate?

It was an unwanted pregnancy.

Therefore by definition of the abortion movement, she was within her RIGHTS.

It certainly didn’t seem to raise an eyebrow with her employer (the State).

The media engages in a blackout of the “uncomfortable” message of the PRO-ABORTION ANTI-THEIST marchers. They also engage in a blackout of the antisemitic, antiAmerican, pro-socialist, pro-anarchist, and pro-terrorist banners of the so called “peace” protestors.

Give her the chair and move on to the next case...

Although I doubt that’ll actually happen, I’m very glad it happened in Texas. Maybe she’ll actually be given a sentence that’s close to reasonable. In my state, which will remain nameless (although here’s a hint: our senior senator’s blood alcohol content is higher than his IQ) she’d probably be get five years then get paroled after a month. She’d get a worse sentence if she kicked a dog.

Fascinating. I didn’t think there was anything more disgusting you could do in a toilet tank than the dreaded “upper-decker”. I stand corrected.
