I’m not throwing hunter the bus, but I’m ignoring his recommendations. Others can take as they see fit.

I’m familiar with what staffs can do and what a communicative ideas guy can allow, due to less than stringent oversight. And I believe Gov. Huckabee has learned his “U.S. Grant” lessons.

I think this endorsement might make Dane pretty happy.

Dane, do you have any words?

I am a Bible-believing Christian who holds many of what would be called “fundamentalist” views. I have no problem with a person who is open about their faith-I think they shouldn’t be anything but open, unless they’re ashamed, which we are not to be. I still won’t vote for Huckabee.

But you will still call him "Huckafraud".

the knee-jerk anti public Christian expression crowd. The consensus here is that you can pray and read your Bible in private, but don't dare do it in public or mention you do. Such things have become unAmerican.

I'm a Christian, read that born again, and I take issue with Huckabee because of his positions, past and present, just like I take issue with Romney's, past and present. Their religions and religious beliefs do not enter my concerns political....see, it's NOT ABOUT their RELIGIONS, it's about their DECISIONS POLITICAL.

That’s right; we in TX voted for R. Perry in 2006 solely because he claimed to be “prolife”. We know though that he really doesn’t believe in much of anything.

I’m amazed, but maybe I shouldn’t be. As someone who supported Mr. Hunter for a long time, I’m disappointed. In any case, I’m now supporting Mr. Romney.

If this keeps going on, Fred will end up endorsing Paul :(((

I seriously hope I’m saying this just as the baddest of the bad jokes.

When will the madness end?

I can*t think who said it, that the way a nation treats its animals reveals its regard for other humans; if in general the people are cruel to animals they will be cruel to their fellow man. Spain has bullfights, had a dictator for 40 years or so. Cockfighting is a way of life in Latin America and their peoples exist , barely, in poverty and disease, under dictators & druglords. China...don*t get me started!!!The absolute worst example of continuous, even glorified cruelty to animals of all kinds—our leaders and businesses look the other way and revel in the profits.

Huck is Huck, and his pandering in the minority debate and the values voters debate told me I could never trust him.

I am another exploding head. I am shocked. Those of you who think he is bucking for a VP slot are mistaken since there is no way Huckster will be the nominee. ( Of course I never thought Hunter would do this either)
