Hillary Demands DNC Seat Michigan/Florida Delegates At Convention! (Here it COMES!)
Hillary For President ^ | 1-25-08 | TCRLAF

Posted on 01/25/2008 11:14:11 AM PST by tcrlaf

"I hear all the time from people in Florida and Michigan that they want their voices heard in selecting the Democratic nominee.

"I believe our nominee will need the enthusiastic support of Democrats in these states to win the general election, and so I will ask my Democratic convention delegates to support seating the delegations from Florida and Michigan. I know not all of my delegates will do so and I fully respect that decision. But I hope to be President of all 50 states and U.S. territories, and that we have all 50 states represented and counted at the Democratic convention.

"I hope my fellow potential nominees will join me in this.

"I will of course be following the no-campaigning pledge that I signed, and expect others will as well."

Bend over, Senator Obama, and prepare to recieve from THE SHADOW PARTY D.C. Democrat Establishment.

Is anyone really surprised at this statement? Didn't we all see it coming? It was as predictable as the rain...

The Leftist blogosphere has literally EXPLODED today between this and the REZKO photo...

The Clintons would rather see the DNC and the Democratic Party fragment into shards than lose control of this election, lose a chance at another eight years in the White House for themselves, lose their neck hold on the Democratic Party.

This is slash and burn politics.

Watch this move embolden Michigan and Florida, as states, to now challenge the Democratic convention and candidate, should that candidate not be Hillary Clinton.

Are we really surprised?

I knew this would happen, but I thought she would have waited until she was within reach of the prize.

Could you explain this further? I’m not as familiar with the process and would like to understand what is happening here. More analysis please.

Both Michigan and Florida were penalized delegates by the DNC for moving forward in the calendar against party rules. Clinton won Michigan unopposed, and is expected to win Florida as well. By now asking that all these delegates be seated, Clinton is trying to grab extra votes at the convention that shouldn’t be competed for.

It’s so nice to see the curtain pulled completely back for all to see, who/what the trailer trash couple really are.

Hillary is calling on the DNC to seat ALL of the Delegates from Michigan and Florida, that the DNC penalized for having “early” primaries...

And, OF COURSE, she just happens to be the ONLY SERIOUS CANDIDATE on the Ballots, and Gets THEM ALL!
(Except for “Uncommitted”)

Something tells me the Clinton Campaign is seeing REAL TROUBLE on the Horizon for FEB. 5, and are trying to lock this up, NOW....

What a lying skank whore. This is disgusting even by Clintonoid standards. Even by hemorrhoid standards.

What a filthy disgusting creature.

I think that the disqualification of Michigan in the Democrat primary was a blessing in disguise for Democrats.

We all saw the media huff about Romney "pandering" and McCain saying that "face it, some jobs aren't coming back."

However, the Democrat candidates did NOT have to face speaking about the same economic issues in Michigan, nor about Granholm's stewardship of the state, because the DNC stripped Michigan of all their delegates and the candidates did not appear there.

How fortuitous was it that the Republicans go on record addressing the depressed economics of Michigan during crucial primaries, but the Democrats get a pass?

Now, Hillary! wants the reward of Michigan's delegates without ever confronting them with her opinions on the specific issues related to Michigan?

I always thought the DNC was pretty quick on the trigger to disenfranchise their own on a technicality. It hasn’t bothered the MSM any (rhetorical observation).

How can she do that, when she ran unopposed because the other ‘rat candidates had the understandable idea that there were no delegates to be won in those states?

They’re even quicker to disenfranchise military voters.

“It’s so nice to see the curtain pulled completely back for all to see”

In all it’s naked glory...
(insert epiteth here)

This KOS poster (YES, those DEMOCRAT PARTY FOOTSOLDIERS) says it best:

They can take their cronies with them.
)
ALL of them.

All the surrogates and talking heads and campaign strategists with their distortion and misrepresentation, and dead horse-beating: Obama did drugs, Obama “worked for” Rezko, Obama said the word “Reagan,” Obama voted present on .025% of his votes in the Illinois State Senate, I invented change, blah-di-blah-di-blah.

Honestly, I keep telling myself these aren’t the Clintons I campaigned for and defended through the 90s, but I have this creepy feeling that things are just coming to the surface now that have been there forever.”

Reality can hurt when it smacks you squarely up the side of the head...

Why should it matter since he won Michigan already and will likely win Florida polling?

If Michigan and Florida had not been penalized, she would’ve had those delegates. Without them, she’s still in the lead anyway.
