Huckabee Hints Clear Channel Conspiring With Romney
NewsBusters ^ | Matthew Sheffield

Speaking at a news conference in Oklahoma, Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee floated the idea that the reason the vast majority of America's conservative talk radio hosts aren't endorsing him or John McCain is because Mitt Romney's investment firm owns a significant share of Clear Channel Communications, the nation's largest radio syndication company.

"Some suggest that the fact that Bain Capital owns a major stake in Clear Channel is on Sean's network, maybe there's a correlation. I don't know."

The Sean he was referring to had to be none other than Sean Hannity, America's number-two talk radio host behind Rush Limbaugh.

I don’t care who they support. All I can tell you is that I will not vote for McCain under any circumstance whatsoever. Take that to the bank.

The veracity of a statement has little to do with its effectiveness in a campaign, whether political or advertising.

Very true. This is the method of McCain, Huckabee, the Dems, and the MSM. Peas in a pod.

Ron Paul is going to be steamed when he hears about this...He’s the GOP slate’s token nut job.

Get your own act, Huckabee

Its funny how the media tried to hurt Romney with the incident about the family dog riding on the roof in a dog carrier, but the Media doesn't say a peep about Suckabee’s fat son playing Jeffery Domer at BoyScout camp.

Lets see...Mike Huckabee cooks dead squirrels in a pop corn popper, and the dough boy son slits stray dogs throats...Who in their right mind would vote for SUCKABEE?

> What a dumb hillbilly. <

Huck is certainly a hillbilly.

(No less an authority than Ross Perot said during the 1992 campaign that the folks in Perot's hometown of Texarkana always considered the inhabitants of nearby Hope AR to be "hillbillies." I think the occasion was when Perot was making one of his many appearances on the Larry King Show.)

But dumb? Gotta disagree on that one!

(Maybe "shrewd" or maybe "cunning" or maybe "apophasistic" or maybe even "full of *#@*." But not dumb!)

A few weeks ago Rush was gushing over Romneys religion speech. I almost thought he was endorsing him, which I hope he eventually does.

This is stupid because Huckster is parroting what the lib-tards say about Clear Channel.

He’s a liberal by instinct.

Sure. It’s clear to everybody that Bain Capital has bribed all of them. And don’t forget the Heritage Foundation. They obviously are on the take from Bain as well, because the health policy they recommend is very close to what Romney backed in Massachusetts.

Huck will say anything. He would sell/rent the Lincoln bedroom for sure.

He is so jealous of Huck that it is truly hysterical.
