AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back — just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, Maha-Rushie! America's Anchorman, Truth Detector, and Doctor of Democracy. He is the man who runs America. He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do--That's host. Get ready to what you were born to do--That's listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).

If McCain is the GOP nominee, then Republican will get blown out of Congress. This race isn’t just about president. It is also for one-third of the Senate and all of the House.

Liberals will come out to vote for... Democrats.
Moderates will come out to vote for McCain and... Democrats.
Conservatives will stay home and not vote for anyone.

When it’s all over, Democrats will have a filibuster-proof Super Majority in the Senate, and margins so wide in the House that the liberals will run amok.
Republican governors will fall across the country.

This is what McCain brings to the GOP ticket. This is his unseen legacy in the GOP.

I’ve been with Rush since his KFBK days in Sacramento.

He doesn’t need to endorse Romney, all he needs to do is keep twisting the burlap panties McCain borrowed from Hillary.

I see. As a conservative, you’re blaming someone else for YOU not voting?

What has happened to you conservatives? Now, you’re not going to vote for Congress IF McCain gets the nod?

Yeah, that’s the ticket. Make sure you ‘punish’ the party, as you did in Pennsylvania. It really works, doesn’t it?

GET OUT THERE AND VOTE!!!!

Sorry for screaming but this is ridiculous.

I agree - he doesn't need to endorse Romney. But that's the continual bleating of some Romney supporters here on FR.

I'm a Romney supporter, btw.

McCain only appeals to people who hate Republicans.
They’ll come out in November to vote for McCain, and then for every Democrat on the rest of the ballot.
The GOP will lose 70 seats in the House, and 12 in the Senate with McCain at the top of the ticket.

RINO hunters made their impact in ‘06. Not a great strategy, IMO.

Hi all

What a great game. The SB ads were an afterthought this year. I love the Coke commerical and the AB dog/pony commerical.

Wonder if Rush will lead off with Hillary's latest crying jag OR will it be Super Bowl.

Hutch did call it correctly - Giants. And they needed to sack Brady 3 times.

I'd start w/Super Bowl. The witch can wait.

Tomorrow, on February 5, my wife and I are going to the polls and voting for Mitt Romney.

In November, we are voting for McCain if he is nominated.

There is not much else that I can do.

Don’t make it personal, unless you want me to do as well.
This isn’t about *me* voting or not.
This is about the trends which will follow McCain into November.

Fact: McCain’s support is primarily with people who normally vote Democrat.
Fact: Those same McCain supporters will vote Democrat in down ballot races.
Fact: Many conservatives will stay home.
Fact: there will be heavy liberal turnout which Republicans will need a heavy conservative turnout to counter.

Anti-GOP “moderates” + liberals - conservatives = massive GOP losses in congress
MASSIVE.
It will be 1994 in reverse.

Unless you’re a victim. Then you get checks in the mail from the Democrats.

I’m voting tomorrow for Huckabee and Thompson delegates. I’ll vote in November, even if Romney or McCain are on the ticket and I have to write in a Conservative.
