The only reason to vote for McCain is to help the GOP get more liberal. Because that is all it will accomplish.

Too bad Hewitt destroyed all his credibility over the past year. I fear that all we’ll get from McCain are a bunch of Souter clones, handpicked to uphold CFR, Immigration Reform, etc.

Yep, SC judges vetted by Kennedy is what McCain will give us. After all, he’s the guy that reaches across the aisle -when it betrays conservatives.

McCain is 72. He has just as good a chance as leaving us as any of these.

McCain wants to continue reaching across the aisle to compromise with libs. I do not. I want to shove conservative principles down their throats. McCain will not give us that. The GOP is done.

McCainiacs are retarded.

McCain is going to give a Souter or a Kennedy.

Maybe. But Hillary/OsamaObama will definitely give us a Ginsberg.

PS - I'm not a fan of McCain

Too late. I no longer have any faith or trust in the GOP.

The principles have been tossed. This party is no longer conservative in the slightest. I won’t be frog marched to the polls assuming anything positive from the GOP anymore.

This is just the first in line of many to come.
...”now fall in line and vote GOP...”
....”where are you going to go - hahaha...”

The GOP establishment will blame this landslide loss on conservatives anyway. It is their own miserable failure for attempting to force Giulianni and now McCain down our throats...look at all of the politicians and state party leaders endorsing that traitor to the conservative cause.
They can kiss my hairy...

McCain is a rat, no difference, but go ahead and take your medicine like a good little conservative, and vote for McCain.....and you will continue to get RINOs as your candidates.

Judges would be a good reason — if I trusted McCain to pick conservative judges. But he won’t.

Unfortunately I have NO DOUBT McCain WONT appoint Constructionist justices. Why? McCain-Feingold...

He will use McCain-Feingold as a litmus test for judicial appointments, and wont be able to find a Constructionist judge that will support it.

I think you will find this falling on deaf ears of Conservatives who would rather have Hitlary or Obama, than a RINO...... So goes the country.

Why would I want to save the third world dump the GOP nominee intends to create?

When schummer and kennedy and reid threatn a filibuster, he’ll give them what they want.

No, some want the destruction of America to fall on the democrats lap, not the republicans.

I cannot support the Republican John McCain as nominee. I am still trying to figure out how good it was to have a “conservative President” and majorities in both houses for the time that the Republicans did. And I am worn out fighting the Teddy Kennedy Wing of the Party on ILLEGAL immigration and Harriet Miers. Obviously, if I cannot figure out how good it was, I am in no state to contemplate how bad it will be if Johnny McCain don’t get the White House.

ANd McCain will cut a deal to give us a Ginsberg based on a promise that we can have an Alito next time around. A time that won't ever come around. I would also rather not find out for sure if McCain was lying or not when he said he wouldn't pick an Alito.

No organism with a spine can possibly survive the force of the about-face some Republicans appear to be performing already.

Forget it. There comes a point in any ideological battle when you have to step aside and allow stupidity to win out...the purpose being to allow the inevitable collapse of those moderate know nothings.
