But the first resurrection, as described in 1 Thes., refers only to those “asleep in Christ”. These are saints who are being called to heaven in their glorified bodies. At the very end, the rest of humankind will be resurrected... to face the White Throne Judgement and the Lake of Fire. So, yes, all will be resurrected but there are tremendous differences in the when and how.
