With only one implant, she’ll look pretty cute in one of those old “Nobody’s perfect” t-shirts.

A few years ago, I got into a contest with a couple of lawyers to see who could dredge up the most egregious example of Worker's Comp claims where somebody collected at least six figure disability checks. In almost no time, we came up with the following:

  1. Massachusetts -- A man sentenced to jail for embezzlement is raped in prison and claims the attack injured his back.

  2. Florida -- A woman standing at a bus stop is mugged by a black man. She is unable to return to work because she develops a morbid fear of blacks and her employer hires minorities.

  3. California -- A judge is unable to work because he becomes afraid of heights and is unable to ascend the bench.

  4. Florida -- A woman working for a heavy breathing sex hot line manipulates her genitals for hours at a time in order to pant properly and develops carpal tunnel syndrome.

Sigh

I’m glad she’ll get some comp and hope that her other implant will be as well...from the original installer.

I was a PI who saw all kinds of Work Comp fraud.

Carpal tunnel? I'm disappointed. I thought surely she'd develop a misery much more interesting than carpal tunnel!
