Above linked radar pic might update and change by time you see it, but now it is deep purple with "tornado hooks" directly over launch pads and VAB.

How you do that? Look at the source for the pic I posted - it looks like:

I looked at the page you linked to (I use WUnderground as well), and then VIEW SOURCE for that page.
Then I find the tag that resembles the form above (search for IMG tags with RADBLAST in them) and copy the whole tag.
