GOE/FREEPERS have MOONBATS on the RUN: Week 13 - Westminster, MD 2/9/08

A great turnout and wonderfully, warm day! There were a total of 8 of us, including a new Westminster FReeper. It was a pleasure to have Buzz join us. His brother is in the military and currently serving in Iraq. We hear that he will be bringing a few extra patriots in the coming weeks.

After the snow and rain in the morning, the skies gave way to the bright sun and plenty of warmth. It was a heat wave compared to the past few rallies!

The beeps were intermittent, but when the drivers beeped, they were no ordinary beeps. They were long, multiple beeps. The driver of a red truck beeped his "Dixie Horn". Yup ya’ll, the General Lee of Westminster!

One young guy put his fist out the car window and shouted to the other side that freedom doesn't come free. Speaking of the other side, the numbers seem to get fewer and fewer. Their dedication is lacking. Death seems to be a constant now, every other Saturday. Howard Stern look alike was there with his young daughter, They had their colorful peace signs. An old moonbat holding his poorly scribbled on sign rounded out their small group of 4. Such dedication! What has happened to them? Well, we found out that some of the moonbats decided to CUT and RUN to a location yet to be discovered. Westminster FReepers/Eagles have the moonbats on the run!

Not pictured but in attendance was PatrioticMarineMom’s hubby. It was a great day with our faithful FReepers from Olney (Mr. T and Lurker Bill) and new recruit, Buzz!

Please join us every Saturday from 1-3pm. We especially need extra boots on the corner, on the 2nd and last Saturday of each month, when we counter protest the moonbats. The Westminster Gathering/FReep is located on the east side of E. Main Street opposite the library at 50 East Main Street. There is public parking on Winters Street. Follow the signs.
