There was an extraordinary development at a hearing today in Los Angeles Superior Court in the Paul v Clinton et al civil fraud case against Bill and Hillary Clinton, prosecuted by Hillary’s largest donor Peter Paul. When Judge Munoz finally allowed Paul to commence discovery after a three year “appellate” hiatus, Hillary Clinton’s attorney declared that none of Hillary Clinton’s lawyers would accept a deposition subpoena on Hillary’s behalf.
Hillary will be dodging process servers while she is campaigning for President of the United States around the nation!! The sworn testimony Paul is entitled to take from Hillary as a former defendant and material witness that the Judge specifically stated he will not allow to be denied, is now being officially thwarted by Senator Hillary R Clinton!
Hillary has now made history again in her contempt for the Rule of Law. I think there is a requirement that the papers actually get into the hands of the target or their representative. If the papers are mailed, she can say she never received them. Its best to pay your local sheriff to do the dirty work for you.
I suspect a Federal Marshall can get to her.

Yep, out in the hallway, David Kendall told Peter’s counsel that he would not cooperate in any way. He will not accept service for her.
I could be wrong, but aren’t the SS agents sworn law enforcement officers? Despite this being a civil issue, aren’t they obligated to not interfere with the process service?
Where is the next debate or campaign stop in Texas?

Of course in my vision, the process server is a woman who gushes about how much Hillary has done for women and what an honor it is to meet her, until the very moment Hillary takes the papers. She immediately turns stern and tells Hillary that she has been served, together with all the usual formalities, preferably all on camera with several news networks, preferably live on at least one.
That’s good! Talk about things coming around full circle - a one more ‘in your face’ moment.
Actually, no. There is such a thing as "drop service". If you have someone who refuses to take the subpoena from you, you can drop it at their feet and complete the service that way. Especially if this is done at a public event, she can't say she wasn't properly served.

Excellent....I would have thought no one could get that close to her but she keeps relating stories about people coming up to her or is she lying? It does look as though people get pretty close to her when she’s in diners.
Realizing, of course, the x42's are flagrant deniers of the law.
And 99.9% of her secret service agents hate her guts. I’m sure they would help in this matter.
The process should be served by the (elected) Sheriff, personally, escorted by his entire force of deputies. In uniform, with cameras.
If the SS objects, they could be arrested for obstruction of justice.
It would be a hoot.

Kendall is trying to make sure she never testifies. He turned in to the court a false declaration on her behalf. He is going to move for summary judgment to again try to throw out the case. Representing the Clinton Crime Family, Kendall is the attorney for this political mob.
