We lift up our President and pray that you would protect him and his family. Fill him with your Holy Spirit. Give him an attitude of love that puts God first. Fill him with Joy and peace derived from you. May he have patience in the midst of difficult circumstances. May he show kindness and goodness to those he meets. Lord help him to be trustworthy in his relationships with others. May there be tenderness in his spirit and help him to be self controlled so that no one can malign the Word of God.
Bless our troops Lord. Give to them wisdom with their tasks. Comfort those who are away from their families, keep them safe Lord. We ask these things in your Son’s name, amen.
