Not really. The electoral vote shows a tilt in their favor. Sounds like it drives a stake into McCain, if anything.

Polls this far out from the election are just about meaningless.

Sorry.

Eight months is a lonmg time, but if McCain can save himself from imploding, he can beat both revolting Hillary and repulsive Obama.

Polls are meaningless, its all about Ohio. Given the Hillary vs Obama poll numbers their, looks like we may have hope in November

Not surprising. Neither Democrat can compete in red states, mainly because of their unelectability, while McCain can compete in blue states.

The GOP will win the presidency in November.

I am sooooo relived that lord McCain has this alllll wrapped up. Now lord McCain supporters can give US a break in their paralyzing fear of those who just can’t quite find lord McCain a trustworthy candidate a reprieve.

I am going to do all I can to make sure that a mean, nasty, vindictive old man is not the next president. I don’t want to have Warren Rudman on the supreme court.

It's a three-way race now, with one candidate narrowly leading.

One will be eliminated soon, and where will his/her supporters find a home? That depends on who and how - who gets the Dem nomination, and how much blood is shed to secure it.

These polls don't mean much until that is decided.

Hillary and Obama are both horrible candidates. Can you imagine either of them sitting across the table from someone like V. Putin? I’m sure Hillary would impress him with her tears. Why hasn’t more been made about the Che’ poster at one of Obama’s campaign offices? His type of change scares me.

As for Mr. McCain, I am still waiting for him to do something to reach out for my vote. I don’t see he has done anything yet to earn it. Does anybody out there know when he is going to reach out? A very conservative VP would go a long way for me.

Following these polls is worthless. We are 8 months away from the election. 80% of the public is concerned with other things.

The proof that these polls are meaningless is in how much they move every day.

This will change when there is one RAT candidate.

Too early for polling yet.
