If the USAF had announced the winner two months ago, would McCain have gotten the nomination?

This is not good news for McCain, and little things add up.
Especially when they are real concrete actions rather than words or stances.

(I will vote for McCain if he resigns his Senate seat before this election.)

Will he tell them "those jobs aren't coming back"? I'm sure it will look like he did when the 527 organizations start running their ads.

I’m not supporting the guy but one senator has this much power? Don’t they still have to vote on stuff ?

How could he do it?

Wow! Didn’t see that coming... /s
This klown has to be the most politically tone-deaf politician since....well since the rest of the current crop of presidential contenders. At a point where the “half an once of common sense” guy says something neutral or so generic as to be meaningless, McLame and his “Stupid-Talk Express” insists on putting his foot in it (right up to the knee).
So what does that say about the folks who’ll vote for him?

Boeing hosed the deal themselves.

Why should my wages be taxed just to subsidize some guy because he happens to work at Boeing?

Does McCain control federal spending on these projects?

Being overlooked in this democrat sponsored "scandal" is this:
Boeing executive improperly recruited an Air Force official ...Darleen Druyun, and a top Boeing executive both served time in prison, and the scandal led to the departure of Boeing's chief executive and several top Air Force officials.
If the deal had gone through, Pelosi would charge that McCain ignored previous illegal activities with Boeing.
I am not a McCain fan but this charge is pure Pelosi at work.
