What the heck was he thinking with?
Given his age (48, according to the news just now), their kids have to be pretty young. They will be devastated that their parent did this, and that it is on the news. Maybe she stands with him because she thinks it'll be easier on the kids?
I feel so bad for her, and would not have faulted her one tiny bit if she told him to go handle it himself. She owes him nothing at this point.
If I thought he was trash beforehand (and I did), words cannot describe how low I think he is now.
Can you imagine being married to that arrogant, self-righteous jerk? How embarrassing.
What kind of father would do this? What kind of man does this? I guess you never know what the person you marry is capable of, but this is really beyond the pale.
