Now, his wife is a Harvard trained lawyer. How is it that this fondness for hookers went on for at least six years, reputedly, and Mr. Spitzer’s wife didn’t notice anything?

Then what NYT did against McCain was justified. They can’t just say ‘source’ and trash someone all day. Have to give more than that.
I think Spitzer was angling for a job in the Hillary Administration as Secretary of Backdoor Security.
Is Spitzer a shakedown artist?
Did he threaten prosecutions of wall street firms unless they donated to a favorite "charity" of his?
Not good to be caught in such an act in Iran. Ouch.
So where did he come up with the money for six years of $5,000 a night hookers?
It is truly amazing. While he was taking down other high-end prostitution rings, he was patronizing another one.

Yes, I have to agree, in fact I thought that she probably has a “stable” or “Harem” on the side...she is a modern woman, a free women, so I doubt, she was home making cookies...
The real question is where is Spitz gonna get sex now? You gotta know he won’t be getting anything from the little miss.

Well that part is actually very simple. As governor of NY, Spitzer has to travel around a lot. And before that he was AG, and likewise probably on the move a lot. And his wife is the head of a non-profit that she created, so she's probably moving around in her own circles.
Which means, he's gone a lot, she's busy and is going to stay with the kids anyway, so she doesn't travel. I'd bet it's not at all uncommon for them not to see each other for a week at a time.
I can see her not noticing ... at least, not enough to form any suspicions worth pursuing.
Next thing you know, we’ll learn that the Missus was empoying the services of male hookers all this time!
