It seems liberal men with great power feel they are entitled to sex with other women not their wife. Are you saying that powerful Conservative men never stray? Two words - Larry Craig.

I used to wonder if Hillary was the way she is because Bill does the things he does, or does Bill do the things he does because Hillary is the way she is.
I pretty sure it's the former, now.
Slick is scum and destroys everything he touches.

Some wives also grant or deny sex as a system of reward and punishmentHad one of those. That's much of the reason she's been an Ex for almost ten years.

A wife needs to make a man feel like a hero? And if she doesn’t, then it is okay for him to cheat? What nonsense!

Well that settles it. Now all I have to do is explain it to my wife.Sure...sure..whatever you say. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go arrange for her bail.

The headline is “...Women Share the Blame...”
The story quote is “wife may share some of the blame”
Operative word being “may”
A big difference. Worth repeating.

You are so right. I know someone who basically had another baby to keep her husband, and almost died as a result. Now she uses that as a way to get whatever she wants (and a way to garner attention). He, realizing how much he loves her after her near-death whatever, is obliging her in every way he can. Oh, and by the way, she and the 'save the marriage' child do not get along. I wonder why?
There's no denying women CAN be manipulative in a marriage. But does it justify cheating? I think a good kick to the curb is better than fooling around.

Yes.

No. This was never stated (that it was “okay”). This is a “reductio ad absurdum” on your part.

Of course, we’re all different but I would suggest that if a man cheats, it is because there is something, somewhere, lacking in his marriage. Seems pretty obvious.
___________
Certainly couldn’t be anything lacking in the man’s character, eh? The cause has to be the marriage? What seems pretty obvious to you seems to barely scratch the surface of the issue.

I would say that the spouse becoming overweight and resistant to changing that, may well be the biggest cause of cheating and I also know that people hate hearing that. But from what I have seen so far, that is the case.
To: ciocia
Oh Bull Dr. Laura. Men don’t cheat because they are NEGLECTED by their wives. (And for that matter, are men to blame if the woman cheats?) They cheat because they think they are above rules.
Dr. Laura is a selfhating woman.
To: ciocia
Laura should put a sock in it and strip down.

Are you calling Newt Gingrich liberal? Trying to shoehorn marital infidelity into our safe little liberal / conservative boxes is ridiculous.
