I agree with you. Rush hates McCain and he knows that Hillary would be good fodder for his talk show. I have quit listening to his program but I saw someone post on here that he has been saying, “Heck, we may get Hillary for President, but didn’t we have fun in the process” How stupid is that. Folks, Rush is playing you for fools and you don’t even know it.

P U R E dribbbbbbble.

“Well, ya know, no matter who gets elected, we’re gonna have a Democrat in the Whitehouse.”

Exactly, whether it be Hussein, Clinton, or McCain.

I do think that Rush's actions and other in voting for Clinton will give her the nomination which will result inevitably in Clinton winning the Presidency. However, I don't think Rush is smart enough to come up with this strategy to defeat McCain. And, I don't think he hates McCain more than Clinton.

Instead of concocting a devious plan, it is more sheer stupidity on the part of Rush and others that claim to be conservative.

I’m not ready to blame Rush for doing this intentionally, but the scenario laid out in this article seems to be coming about more each day. Rush’s plan called for both of them to still be viable by the time of the convention. It appeared at the time that the one most likely to succeed was Obama. That is no longer the case. I think he played with fire and may very likely be burned.

I listened to the right radio and they imply no such thing. They want to defeat billery and nobama but they have never said they want to defeat McCain. He was not their choice but they have shown no real support for the liberals. If I were you fella, I would go the the doctor and get my ears cleaned.

I’m not sure if he wants to defeat McCain so much as he just screwed up so bad and his ego is too big to let him admit it. His arrogance with this Operation Chaos is over the top. The dems will unite, to think that this is going to be anything more than a blip is naive. Welcome your new overlord, Hillary.

JV I hope you are wearing your nomex jammies as you are catching alot of flaming excrement over your post. I don’t know if getting Hellary elected is their goal, but Rush and friends have been hammering BO mercilessly over the last few weeks in this misconceived “Rush the Vote” idiocy. No matter what their real motivation, the result will be the same, Hellary will get elected. I think your analysis of the way it will happen is very plausible.

I used to think Rush was about conservative values.

He’s not. Rush is about Rush — his ratings and the money he can bring in.

With Hillary is, he stays on top. If she’s out, he will go the way of Chris Matthews after the Monica and impeachment stories, sinking to the bottom because of his rudeness and shallow thinking.

William F. Buckley was about conservatism, and Rush is no WFB.

Rush will greatly benefit from having her back in the WH.

No he will not. Infact he has spent plenty of time on his show explaining just why that is nonsense.

Rush and his fellow draftdodgers have the easiest job in the world. All they have to do is explain the difference between the Shiites and Sunnis in Iraq. McInsane certainly doesn't know the difference as evidenced by his comments yesterday on how Iran was spawning Al Qaida terrorists.

In reality Iran is hostile to Al Qaida which is associated with the Sunnis. Iran is a Shiite nation and has nothing in common with Al Qaida in Iraq. Maybe when the debates roll around in October McInsane's Alzheimers-afflicted brain will recover sufficiently to put in a token appearnce or two against Obama/Hillary.

Would anybody expect either Obama, Hillary, or the other Democratic candidates to be as befuddled as McInsane on such an important question to understanding the basis for the civil war in Iraq? Democratic candidates Obama, Hillary, et al. demonstrate much greater intelligence and detailed understanding of important current issues than the R front-runner.

I think you’re on to something. I have never seen Republicans more heavily involved in choosing the Democrat candidate... and vice versa as well. I’m amazed that so many find her so preferable that they have volunteered to carry her banner against Obama.

My advantage is I am not a Rushbot. L O L ..... I proudly proclaim that I am not a Cainbottt. One must realllly listen to RUSH to have credibility to then interpret what he says. IF Rush reallllly wanted to send lord McCain out to the proverbial sea he could do it in all of about 10 minutes.

Work very hard on taking out the weaker democrat in the general elections and in this case it is Barack Obama. Hillary Clinton is a much stronger candidate than Obama in the general elections and she has much better chances of becoming President.

Sorry, but until the Rev. Wright issue burst on the scene last week Obama was the stronger candidate. Hillary has a wellspring of hatred against her. Even excluding her and her consort's criminal careers, she is just an unlikable person. Obama didn't have the negatives in his past and he seemed like a likable man. He has essentially the same political and economic plan as Hillary, and because of his anti-war vote he faced far less of a threat from the moonbats leaving him and voting for someone like Nader than Hillary does.

Not if they feel that Hillary stole the nomination from their fair-haired boy

After months of propogandizing by the MSM, an endorsement by Obama for Hitlery, and the possible enlisting of Obama for VP, they will gladly pull the lever for the Beast.

Very funny. Democrats picked our nominee so Rush is telling republicans to pick theirs. Plus, even Hillary is more conservative than McCain, at least Republicans can oppose her, spending 4 years opposing the head of our party mCCain would destroy any conservative ideals.

Limbaugh, his radio cohorts ... are willing to defeat us in the war on terror, increase our taxes, take a lot of our freedom, turn us into a socialist state, just to take revenge on John McCain.

You have to be nuts because nobody gets drunk at this hour of the morning........
