Obama unfavorables hit all-time high

While Obama supporters fall all over themselves extolling the campaign's "turnaround" following the Wright controversy (evidenced by a Gallup poll published today showing Obama up by three,) I'll just toss out a contrary poll from Scott Rasmussen that shows Hillary up by two -- a swing of three in her direction.
And that's not all.
On Saturday, Obamas favorable ratings slipped a little further46% favorable, 51% unfavorable. Before the Pastor Problem became big news, Obama was viewed favorably by 52%. One month ago, he was viewed favorably by 56%. McCain is viewed favorably by 54% of voters nationwide and unfavorably by 43%. For Clinton, those numbers are 43% favorable, 54% unfavorable.
The last time he was even close to this territory was November 20, 2007 when his favorables were at 44%, his unfavorables at 50%, and not a whole lot of people knew much about him.
Obama may come out of this tailspin, but Andrew, to say that he has based off of one poll is a bit much, don'tcha think?

At this point, which candidate would get beat worse in November? If Obama gets the nomination and blows general election big time, I could imagine his senate seat could be vulnerable in 2010. Hillary could possibly get the nomination now, but I really seriously doubt she could get the nomination in 2012 if Obama gets it this year due to all the bad blood. It looks like this election cycle could permanently knock out two long term DemocRAT contenders.

Let's hope he gets nominated.
If he does, he'll get shredded. Hillary can't really attack him because shell alienate her own base in doing so. Much of his success is because of her handicaps in dealing with him.
The longer he stands center stage the more he'll crumble. “Change” is a nice slogan, but people do ask pesky questions for which he has no reasonable and feasible answers. As people dig, dirt comes up and more is to come. Once in a battle with McCain, the kids gloves come off. Far more left than even Hillary, he'll have a hard time getting the independent and undecided votes. People do look at a resume, and with no executive, business, or military experience, young and only a junior Senator at that, his attempt to spin this into his campaign as being a positive because he's the “Washington outsider” won't work. Much of his success is because he was an unknown with no record. Something which again in all reality is a negative and he spun to a positive. But again, anyone more analytical wants a record and looks for the known quantity because this gives indication as to the outcomes and decisions made once in the position.
Obama is comparable to a kid straight from college walking in at a major firm such as GM or EDS and asking to be CEO. Hes a well dressed kid. Hes attractive and can speak well. He uses lots of buzz words when talking. He even has good poise, but his resume fits on 1/3 of one page, unless you include Boy Scout summer camps and his college job. Lets admit it, Geraldine Ferraro was correct in her analysis and of course when she states the near obvious, shes too is now labeled a racist. Obama is the best choice of action by the Democrats in so far that it makes a positive outcome for us more probable.

Obama belongs to a "Black Liberation Theology" Church that is FOUNDED on the hatred on Whites.
He followed a Pastor for 20 years who is the most ignorant, racist, America-hating hate-hustler this side of Louis Farrahkan.
He spent much of his early adult life smoking dope, snorting cocaine and being mentored by unabashed COMMUNISTS and protege's of Saul Alinsky.
He married an America-hating Black-Radical who followed the writings of Stokley Carmichael and the Black Panthers of the 60's and who, based on her embarassingly narcissistic and academically sophomoric Princeton thesis, should never have been allowed to graduate high school let alone get into Princeton.
He took money from known TERRORISTS who were part of the Weather Underground.
He maintained close personal and financial ties with a corrupt convicted Chicago crook named Tony Rezko who bailed him out of financial trouble, bought him a home and then got convicted of extortion, fraud and money laundering.
He WHINED about being asked "like eight questions" at a simple press interview while trying to convince America that he's competent enough to be PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.
He somehow managed to serve as President of Harvard Law Review without ever publishing a even SINGLE piece of written work.
He even wrote a book describing how he "found a solace in nursing a pervasive sense of grievance and animosity against my mother's race."
He'll even throw his own grandma from the train for political expediency and say that she's just a "typical White person" who was "bred" to harbor racist views.
All that yet he refuses to wear a pin with the American flag on it because he thinks THAT sends the wrong message.

OBAMA: -- (stammering) the odds of me getting elected have always been, uh, lower than, uh -- than some of the other conventional candidates, and if I bring something to this conversation, it's going to be because I do what I did yesterday, which is hopefully open up a new conversation about a new direction of the country.
RUSH: I'm beginning to think that we might be looking at the first stages of the slice of bread in the toaster. Pfft! People are hitting the lever. He's not quite toast yet. But do you realize what he just said? He just lowered expectations here by about half the height of Mount Kilimanjaro. Let me translate this for you. He said, "I have been shocked into remembering I didn't stand a prayer anyway because I'm black. You know, my odds of getting elected have always been lower than some of the other conventional candidates, and if I bring something..." So he tried to get by with transcending race. He was forced into making this speech. Now he's the candidate of race. This is a sympathy play; this is a victim play. Obama is now asking us to look at him as a victim.
Democrats: Chaos, Chaos, Chaos!
Obama plays victim; Hillary flip-flops on Michigan.

Quite a litany of egregious and dangerous facts. My question is, why do so many people still like (adore might be a better word) Obama? Is it because the MSM is not getting these facts out clearly, or that people know but half of America is actually unAmerican?

Oh, goody. So on January 20, 2009, we will all hear, “I, Hillary Rodham Clinton, do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

I'm just average white.
(At the UH, I was teamed up with an African exchange student from Rwanda. He was bright and cheerful and having the time of his life studying in America. He said to me over a couple beers on a Friday night. 'I don't understand American Negroes.' He went on and on but a lot of what he said would be inflammatory.

Why would they not be? Despite MSM attempts to protect him—the Chicago newspapers have not reported the “typical white person” insult—word that Obama was and remains a twenty year member of a virulent anti-American, anti-white “church” has leaked out through the internet and talk radio. If people begin to look closely at his 1995 book, it will only get worse. Obama tells how he struggled with his identity, finally opted for “Black” and began to despise white people, including his own family, once that option was decided. He described his ridiculously short stint in a post college private sector job as “being behind enemy lines.” What a jerk this guy is!
