WASHINGTON - Hillary Rodham Clinton's lies about risking her life under sniper fire during a visit to Bosnia as first lady have infuriated the US military brass and troops.
"She has no sense of what a statement like that does to soldiers," fumed retired Maj. Gen. Walter Stewart, the former head of the Pennsylvania National Guard.
"She is insulting the command in its entirety," he said yesterday.

In what passes for hildebeasts mind, here’ how it happened:

Knocking back the last ofthe tequila in my glass, putting out my cigar, I told everyone in the room quietly, “ok, I’m in. someone warm up my chopper, wake up my pilot, which of you ladies in my guard detail is with me on this?, comeone, do you want to live forever”
It is not possible to fabricate a story about being shot without knowing that it is an out right lie.
You cannot confuse being kissed on the cheek by an eight year old girl handing you flowers, with running flat out while dodging sniper bullets.

Well said. Here’s hoping that she hangs on long enough to make the Demwit nominating convention a bigger mess than Syrian-occupied Lebanon.
Before the plane landed, there was probably an announcement on the plane. “There is always a risk of sniper fire here, so don’t waste any time getting to the armored vehicles.” Sort of a standard boiler plate announcement.
From this, Hillary probably fabricated a “false memory” (being charitable) of being at risk from snipers upon landing. To be uncharitable, she’s a flat out liar.
The locals on the ground, knowing the current circumstances of the civil war, probably knew it was perfectly safe at that time, hence the friendly public greeting by schoolkids etc.
But Alan Colmes last night was so convinced this was a trivial embellishment of her actual experiences that wouldn’t bother anyone.
Is that a Barrett 50 in the background of the bottom pic? Interesting way of exposing targets for it, if so...
There’s an interesting intersection of events going on here.
1. There’s the upcoming Pennsylvania primary — Hillary must beat Obama decisively to have a chance to reverse her declining fortunes.
2. There’s Hillary’s “Bosnia Lie” which was bold & unnecessary — IOW’s a typical Hillary lie.
3. There’s the fact that a General from.... The Pennsylvania National Guard... was apparently on duty in Bosnia during this same period referenced by Hillary, and said General supports Barak Obama.
Looks like the Media is actually starting to connect the dots! There was a time that the Media would have lacked the curiousity to pursue a lie like this involving a Clinton.
‘Ya know’ seems to translate to ‘just believe the following line of b.s.’
