Following threats to our staff of a very serious nature, and some ill informed reports from certain corners of the British media that could directly lead to the harm of some of our staff, Liveleak.com has been left with no other choice but to remove Fitna from our servers. This is a sad day for freedom of speech on the net but we have to place the safety and well being of our staff above all else. We would like to thank the thousands of people, from all backgrounds and religions, who gave us their support. They realised LiveLeak.com is a vehicle for many opinions and not just for the support of one. Perhaps there is still hope that this situation may produce a discussion that could benefit and educate all of us as to how we can accept one anothers culture. We stood for what we believe in, the ability to be heard, but in the end the price was too high.
Fitna.
omg! liveleak no more? and what is fitna?
The Islamic bastards are absolutely a waste of oxygen.
How do you type the sound that chickens make?
Follow link in post 4. Fitna is an expose of the islamic death cult recently released in the Netherlands. liveleak.com hosted it for a couple of days.
Before or after they've had their heads cut off?
Fitna was the new anti-Islam short film produced by a Dutch film maker and hosted for a short time on liveleak. Seems that liveleak got threats and turned chicken.
I dunno about that. It’s pretty easy to sit safe and secure at the keys and judge others. I have no idea how I would react if it were suggested that I was asking for more trouble than I want.
It sounds like someone in the British media put out a little too much information that exposed LiveLeak staff to potential harm.
Fortunately it was not hard to find Fitna on several other websites, so I predict it will spread around the world and expose the “religion of peace”. Anyone who ever had any doubts about what is the threat of our generation should see this movie.
That’s not quite fair to call LiveLeak “chickens,” given the situation. These are everyday employees who have no means to protect themselves from literal attack, attack that is by no means far-fetched. The fault lies not with LiveLeak, who was at least brave enough to get it out there for a few days, but with a world that has abandoned all common sense in its decision to not only tolerate, but coddle, dangerous barbarians. A world that continues to utterly refuse to see the freight train bearing down on it.

If it's possible to systematically squelch something like this, it's a failure for freedom, and victory for despots.
Too late. It’s out there now. It’s everywhere. It cannot be ignored.
POK pok-pok-pok-pok-pok-pok POK pok-pok-pok-pok-pok POK
These guys have it up http://patdollard.com/2008/03/fitna-louies-copy-here-to-stay/
I'll sit at my keyboard and judge them as contemptible.
I suppose Comedy Central was acting prudently when they did not follow South Park's dare to show an image of Mohammed /sarc
For those who wish to look at the video, it can still be shown in two parts
here: Fitna, part one and
here: Fitna, part two
MM, Yes maybe you are right. It seems like it is showing up elsewhere. Maybe liveleaks struck the match that lit the lantern that will shine the light on these terrorists.
Give me a break. I watched it and didn’t think it was that bad. They had some koran text passages, lots of news clips, the journalist getting his head cut off, the towers being struck, the train bombing security cams catching the explosions, it’s all been seen before, piecemeal.
The thing to do, instead of taking it off the air, is to have it hosted across so many places, that people can download the 15 minute preview, and get it on CD-ROM and distribute it to everyone who wants to run it, sohw itto others, use it in discussions, etc. Of course I’d tell the fitna guys to move to a different country and go underground. But get this small promo out to everyone. Make it downloadable.
I will choose (from the safety of my anonymity) to say that I can understand the feelings of the mohammedans who issued the threats over Fitna.
It exposes their belief for the scum sucking affront to humanity that it is.
It is on limewire.
Thank you RobRoy.
Right about that. I think the cat is out of the bag. Too many people have seen it.
I sent it to a friend in Europe. The friend replied that the film is “forbidden.”
Since when is the truth forbidden? Does anyone anywhere say that the film is not truthful?
No.
This is nothing more than a classic example of the truth hurts.
I wonder if any of those threats/threateners violated Network Solutions’ guidelines, and will have their sites shut down? d;-’)
Ya gotta be fitna kiddin’ me! What on earth is goin’ on...?
So all ya gotta do is threaten people now and the person getting the threat just caves? What does that tell us?
Just tell the police about the threats and let them catch the punks.
Send this to Hillary and Obama and see what they are going to do about these terrorists.
Forbidden.
Saying Christ’s name in vain is forbidden.
Does that mean every time we hear Christ’s name taken in vain do we threaten their lives? Yea, right.
Any good BitTorrent search engine will yield multiple opportunities for everyone to own their own copy. ;-)
I’m glad I saw it. The islamopukes who threatened liveleak can burn in h~ll. I hope it reappears on the internet.
good one
"Out of fear of retaliation from the international brotherhood of radical and bloodthirsty Islamists who seek to impose their will on those who do not believe as they do. This is, frankly, our primary reason for not publishing any of the images in question. Simply stated, we are being terrorized, and as deeply as we believe in the principles of free speech and a free press, we could not in good conscience place the men and women who work at the Phoenix and its related companies in physical jeopardy. As we feel forced, literally, to bend to maniacal pressure, this may be the darkest moment in our 40-year publishing history. "
No, I don’t think that is good advice. The police only come to mop up the dead bodies.
You gotta arm yourselves and fortify your workplace and take them out if they bother you. Either that or disappear and then distribute it out to a bunch of different places and let everyone download it.
Well, Liveleak put it up after most American sites refused it (out of fear), so I’d say they get a lot of credit for that.

In my post #22 I stated that it seems liveleaks got things started. It seems the films are showing up elsewhere. I just wish that there were more guns in law-abiding hands in Europe. That way the murdering islamic jihadists would be bringing their knives to a gunfight!
the good news is that it went out and is out there.
I wonder if the wayback machine site has it stored?
Someone needs to post instructions here on how to create a simple website via a free provider, how to download the Fitna video, how to make it available on the website with a player and how to enter the site’s URL into the various free search engine spiders.

So what’s to stop any of the web providers hosting pro radical islamic websites that feature beheadings, sniper videos and IED videos with “Alah Akbar” sound tracks from receiving death threats from first amendment level playing field heavy hitters is all I wanna ask?
Google search on “Fitna” returns 280,000 hits. It is very much out there.
Our very lives are being sucked away from us by islam one way or another.
Why is this tolerated for so long? They kill us literally or kill our way of life. Does nobody care anymore?
