Global warming alarmists have frequently attributed extreme weather incidents to manmade global warming, but an NBC Weatherplus.com meteorologist burst “Nightly News” anchor Brian Williams’s bubble May 12 when he said recent tornadoes are actually thought to be caused by cooler waters.
“[I] talked to three people, casual conversation today, all of them smart saying, ‘I don't know, we must be doing something to our Earth.’ So, once and for all, what’s going on here?” Williams asked meteorologist Bill Karins in an interview about tornadoes that have ravaged parts of the southern United States. But Karins didn’t give any manmade reasons behind the increased activity. According to Karins, it was the natural phenomenon called La Niña.

Any scientist worth their salt knows that all natural disasters can be directly linked to the CO2 produced by Americans driving SUVs.
We should keep a watch on Karins.

The history of this planet has demonstrated clearly that climate change happens. From Ice Ages to warm periods, climate change has been a constant, always. And yet, somehow, humanity is causing this change. And, SURPRISE, more government regulation and higher taxes (upon a population already struggling with high gas and food prices) are the answers. Funny, that's what Liberals had been proposing for decades prior to all this Global Warming hype began.

Working in North Carolina at local station WCTI-TV, he reported from inside the eye of hurricanes -- covering hurricanes Bertha and Fran in 1996, and hurricane Bonnie in 1998. Bill spent time forecasting winter storms in Bangor, Maine, and also covered hurricanes Charley, Jeanne, Frances and Ivan in South Florida."

The Earth has a beginning and an end and what happens in the middle cannot be controlled by mere human authority, not even if your name is AlGore and you invented the internet.
Anyone else read or listen to Joe Klein’s book “Politics Lost?” Very revealing information about past Presidential candidates, including AlGore and JohnF’nKerry and their personalities. Good read.
Sounds like he’s dedicated to his craft which doesn’t make him an easy target for propaganda. What an anomaly in a news room, where craft usually comes 10th or 11th behind a whole list of required PC viewpoints.
What difference does extensive field experience with his subject make? He’s obviously not a “smart people”.
