Pictures are worth a thousand words, so the pic below says it all. Trash truck is waiting for the green light and the reporter get out of the way, before trucking the moonbats away.
And since I mentioned the reporter (in yellow jacket), she represents the Greater Olney Civic Association (GOCA). GOCA is a community organization representing over 30 Homeowner's Associations in the Olney area. GOCA has received emails about who we are, among other questions about goings on in Olney. So GOCA has decided to answer the emails by video taping answers to various email questions and posting the videos on their web site.
Two weeks ago she video taped us and asked questions which we answered. The moonbats were breaking up by the time she went over to video them so she came back this week. The video will be up on GOCA for July. We'll link you to it once posted.
Two old line business, Graeves Auto and Fletcher's BP have put up flags in Olney for the last 5 years or so, from Memorial Weekend thru mid July and then around Labor Day. The two businesses bought the flags and flag pole supports, permanently fastened the supports to the poles and then put up and take down the flags, all at their own expense. She is also working on that story for the GOCA web site.
BELOW: Taking some additional video this week of Lurker Bill.
The roll call of our 6 Patriots included Legionnaire Ed (Army - WWII), Lurker Bill, Cindy_True_Supporter, Eager, VAFlagWaver and myself, [Mr] T.
The other Legionnaires were at a regional Legionnaire conference this weekend. They will be at a local parade this coming weekend so if you can make it to Olney, please come on by. We could use your support.
The moonbats had 5. Eager put us over the top at six even though he was late. We'll need to work on his "time challangedness". :-))
All Pics by VAFlagWaver. again this week.
BELOW LEFT: Real nice sign but I'm not sure where it came from. It was propped up on our left flank and I spend my time on the right flank. BELOW RIGHT: But I know this guy's sign real well.
BELOW LEFT: Eager made it again this week. Though late, he received from BufordP the red FR 10 Year Anniversary hat. Two weeks ago he saw Fraxinus wearing the 10 Year Anniversary hat asked where he could get one. BufordP told Eager that he could have his hat. But it took a while to get the hat to Eager. Also, while Lurker Bill was holding down the left flank, a soldier driving his car removed his service hat from his head, handed it to the young lady riding shotgun, who then handed it out the window to Lurker Bill. We are looking at some way to mount this hat and a shirt that another soldier literally took off his back right there and handed it to our group. The soldier left bear chested. BELOW RIGHT: Token pic of me while I was taking notes for this report.
BELOW LEFT: Legionnaire Ed, Cindy_True_Supporter and VAFlagWaver. BELOW RIGHT: Legionnaire Ed, Cindy_True_Supporter, Eager, and Lurker Bill.
BELOW LEFT: Legionnaire Ed with his colorful umbrella.

But a lot of verbal engagement in Olney is always welcome.

See you Friday. I’m calling it a day.

Trash truck bumpin’!
Moonbats waiting to be picked up by the trash truck = PRICELESS!
Great report Mr. T! Nice pictures VAFlagWaver! The signs and the colorful umbrella are wonderful sights to see. Your shirt was pretty colorful too, Mr. T. Definitely need to find a way to mount the soldier’s service hat and the shirt off the other soldier’s back. Very cool! Keep up the great job Olney Gang!
Thanks. Missed the Westminster gang. To bad about the rain. It will be out again this weekend. Jeez.

Okay “Legs”, I want to know where Ed got that umbrella. I want one. Oh, and where is the picture of the legs this week?
My kids got me a sweater and umbrella with stars and stripes at Talbott’s, but I bought one much cheaper at Target and another at the London Fog(?) outlet store ( small, flat and double fold out style). Many places have them at the Fourth of July display or even Memorial Day.
You just have to keep looking. They are with patriotic displays not with umbrellas when I have seen them.
Dandy pictures and I love the “TRASH TALKING”!
Hello, Lady!
The TRASH TRUCK is right where I told the “old lady” to watch her language.
“I don’t allow that in my presence”! Sounds like me doesn’t it? LOL
I don’t know if you are still on the computer...be sure to check the thread about Jim Robinson and his hospital stay too.
